Bought mini blinds

Bought mini blinds. Their brand. Doesn’t seem as good quality as Levalor or Bali but fine for our purpose given good price. Only downside was that it took 15 days to get after ordering.

Love your customer serivce

Love your customer serivce! I have been working with Eliza and she has been very helpful every step of the way!!! I did mention to her, that my only suggestion would be for you to bring back the white cords...We still love your blinds!!!

White pull chain

I ordered 2 of the Ebony Pearl color outdoor solar screen for my porch. This was to match the 2 I'd already received last summer. Unfortunately, the new ones came with white pull chains instead of the black that came with the ones last year. I called and was told that the black color is no longer available. The white looks ridiculous against the all black screen and posts. I've tried to get this resolved but have not heard back anything further from customer support.
