The jewelry LOOKED nice however me and the people who I gave the jewelry to broke out in rashes. Waste of 100's of dollars..

I’m updating my review as promised…

I’m updating my review as promised because after i emailed the second time i did get a speedy response reassuring me that everything was in order and my piece was indeed still being worked on. I knew that it would take a few weeks but I was confused by the items being shipped and me receiving a tracking number threw fedex and then it being canceled. I really think it would be helpful for the company to have a contact number so customers can feel comfortable about spending over $50

I had so Much fun waiting for my…

I had so Much fun waiting for my multiple packages to come! Sophie communicated so well with me I felt very up to date with everything and she helped me with every single question I had. The outcome from my first purchase was amazing, that purchase was a gift to my spouse and he loveddddd them. I usually don’t order online but BlingLabel will forever have me as a customer. Definitely very happy with the whole things! Everybody did amazing! xOxOxO

Great customer service

I order my package and no it hasn’t come yet I emailed and no response but I finally got a response and the team was really nice great customer service. I loved how they were very apologetic. I can’t wait to see the look in my sister face for Christmas and if it doesn’t come by Christmas I won’t be upset because of the way they were so nice

According to the tracking url (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input?qtc_tLabels1=9300120224100029208579) by USPS , your item is delivered at 3:20 pm on September 15, 2020 and placed into your mailbox.

You also had also previously received and acknowledged an email from us of proof that we completed your custom item and shipped it to the address you have used in order form.

Under our shipping policy (https://blinglabel.com/pages/shipping-info), we advise customers to send the items to a secure address, and we cannot be liable for any losses once the the delivery is completed as shown on courier's tracking page. Also do note that we have already incurred the production costs and shipping costs, and have no reason NOT to ship your item since it will result in negative reviews like this.

As you're claiming the item is not delivered when on tracking it shows it is, we recommend for you to contact USPS to check what is the latest update with the parcel.

From our side, we can only help you file for theft report.
