I believe this is a bit unfair given that we merely followed your order instruction to make gold....we made it according to your order, and in your order, you ordered GOLD, my friend.
If you needed to change color, you could have inform us of the color change within 1 hour of ordering. Since we did not receive any notification of color change, we went ahead with Gold. I do not think this is the fault of our company at all.

Ordered a necklace and the quality was poor, the clasp wouldn’t hold and had to fight for a return. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting for my refund. Be aware.... the merchandise ships from the orient not the us

we have informed you that the whole return duration may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to process because customers choose their own shipping method and the return time varies depending which method you chose. This is based on our experience, but you went ahead to open a dispute anyway.
On your return parcel, https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/index.html?action=track&tracknumbers=770330423042&locale=en_US&cntry_code=en, you sent it out on 27 april and it only arrived on 19 may. That is a full 22 days of waiting before we received your parcel. Then we needed time to inspect it to ensure its still in saleable condition. Then you opened a chargeback right before we were going to inform you we got your return and inspection has passed.
Chargeback record will disappear from our dashboard if you called Amex to close the chargeback you opened.
If you didn't close it, it will not disappear by itself which inhibits us from refunding you. You'd have to make the call and close it.
When it is closed we will be informed and we can refund you. I think you are trying to say we are holding back your refund on trustpilot which is not true at all. Once you opened the chargeback, the bank handles it and holds the funds. It also gives us a chance to fight the dispute.
Easier way is you call them and we can swiftly refund it.

Some parcels (shipping to certain areas) are majorly delayed due to the disruption to USPS' supply chain because of Covid-19, this is even posted on USPS' main tracking page on their website: "ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED. PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS® SERVICE WILL NOT CHANGE."
Furthermore, the riots that went on the past few days have also contributed to more delays...Unforeseen circumstances and unprecedented times. 😢
It shows that delivery will be by 12 Jun 8pm, which is tomorrow.
UPDATE: It was late, but it arrived, I wish there was no delays with USPS, but unfortunately they are operating over capacity at the moment.

The custom letter necklace you ordered took a bit of time to make because there was some plating defect and so we needed to correct it again before sending it to you. Normal production time for customized item is 3-5 weeks but because we had to remake yours, it did take a lil longer.

I do accept your review but its not common of our normal shipping time. Starting mid Jun 2020, we will be shipping instock items (non-customized) from our warehouse domestically which should bring down shipping to below 5 days.
Regarding non-sparkly chain, our ads only sell on the personalisation aspect, and our product page talks about the full material specs and personalisation feature. The chain shines under a light source. I do not think anything was falsely advertised.
If you do want to consider shopping us again, I'm sure we will provide a better experience. 😘

Long shipping but amazing quality and packaging quality
Still waiting on an item but my customer pendant did come with the tennis chain, and my husband loved it! It was a surprise Father’s Day gift with his brothers who passed away on it so it was super sentimental. He doesn’t wanna take it off. Great quality and super nice packaging! Takes awhile to ship, like I said I’m still waiting on an item, so order in advance! That’s why I ordered a month ahead. Customer service is definitely easier to contact through IG or FB than through email, so if you need to contact them, use that. Everything is legit and great quality!!!
