No notification!
I got my chain a couple months ago but i’m just now writing a review everything came out good, good packaging, overall my favorite chain. The only issue is that I never got any notification saying my chain was on the way nor saying my package was shipped. I even paid for insurance just in case but the fact that I didn’t get a heads up is the downside to it all. Please in advance get in contact with your customers thru email or even text messaging.

Our shop is hosted on shopify and with fully integrated system to send timely information about (1) order confirmation, (2) tracking details, both to your mobile number and email address used to place the order. As for your concern about lack of updates, the emails sent by us could have been smothered in spam folder (by accident), which happens a lot because email providers can be a b*tch sometimes.. 😅Have a great day, we hope to see you in your chain!
