Fraudulent company with no sense of decency. I have the same story as other reviewers
They offered me £2 compensation, I had paid for 3 bras. They are heartless, and I will never buy from Facebook again

They are clever, and tell you you must pay return shipping to China but if we disagree with the price contact them again

They must be kidding. I won’t waste my money on Facebook scams ever again.

Do not buy from them. You be buying total rubbish that cost them pennies to produce.

Bought hanging baskets and flowers spent £70. Taken from my account.. flowers have never been received. Their tracking system states that parcel was in transit left Edinburgh on 21st May 2024. Complained to them they state tracking will be updated soon.. nothing has happened nothing been received. But my emails have been blocked. Obviously scam but still trading on fb.

I never buy anything off Facebook but I was fooled this time by a long stream of fake reviews. Poor quality bras that look like they will fall apart if you try them on. Zero customer service and was told that they cannot be returned, but they can give me £2 back. Absolute joke.

In brief, the item, bras, was a bad fit, yet I used their size chart. The item itself was substandard, nil support, as claimed, flimsy fabric, which won’t last long with washing. Terribly bad fit! . I complained, was sent the same link to buy more, six times. No one communicated with me. This was when I realised I’d actually bought from a company in China, which really angered me, as I would never knowingly buy from China. So now I had the hassle and expense of returning the item - return address is UK, but seller insisted it be returned to China - clearly hoping the expense would out me off. I’ve lost money on this, because it was a cheap scam, of sorts, from China. Beware!

I ordered two pairs of bras they have taken the money ! I’ve had no e nail or confirmation of order ! I am absolutely discussed I deal like I have been scammed ! And reading other reviews I think I’m right there is not one good review all say how disgusting the bras are ! I think this company should be reported so as to stop there antics

AVOID at call costs!! Payment made and no goods received. Refusing to give me back my money! They keep saying they are chasing shipping company but NEVER seem to come back with any Information.

I bought 2 bras and they are utterly awful and a total waste of money, not fit for purpose! The fit is rubbish and cheap material..
Do not buy them unless you want to throw your money away.
You can't get a refund and they sell rubbish!!

It deserves 0 stars. Fraudulently took more money than advertised or consented to, this was refunded and put down as a technical glitch (a recurrent problem if you read reviews). I cancelled my order immediately via their chat bot, had an email less than 12 hours later saying I can't cancel as its been shipped. Perhaps I could wait, and give the items "a go". They arrive within 2 days, supposedly from the USA (not believable unless Concorde has been resurrected and on a Sundat BH) and they are the poorest quality, worst brass I've ever seen. Id get more support from a wet tissue. So I ask for a return via their support email.... multiple emails later, the same response reads "we'll get back to you within 24 hours", bear in mind their return policy states with 7 days, which is likely to expire because they don't reply! So dispute raised with PayPal and I get an email from PayPal saying the company will refund me if I send it back to an address: No. 85, Gaotian Avenue, Luotian Community, Yanluo Street, , Shenzhen, Guangdong. This wouldn't feel such a farce if there wasn't a UK address on the package stating it as return address!! So, I wait for another response.

I am currently in the process of alerting trading standards, and the trade ombudsman. They take money fraudulently from your account, send sub standard goods, do not reply to emails and transactions are thoroughly dishonest.

Beware of this company. I placed an order six weeks ago and it never arrived. I requested a refund and they refused saying the order had been sent.i will be contacting pay pal. I don’t believe this is a genuine company so be warned.

Ordered some faux flowers, was reassured by tracking, but that stopped. Again thought it was a UK company. Just sending email now as I paid through Paypoint.

If zero stars was an option you would get minus 10. Still waiting for these scam artists to return my money as still waiting 3 months later for my product!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE. I ordered artificial flowers from what I thought was UK based.. they have been round the world & sitting in Cambridge since 19th May. Nearly 3 months now. Refusing to refund me so going to bank now to refund. Awful.. scammers,

I ordered two bras. I thought they were coming from the uk but they were apparently shipped from the USA - they arrived yesterday and I can honestly say they are the biggest load of cheap rubbish I have ever seen! I bought them on the basis of 900 odd glowing reviews on Facebook - obviously all made up.

I've read some very negative reviews. I don't agree. The 2 bras I ordered are value for money and the fit is perfect. The bras are very comfortable to wear. So I'm a satisfied customer.

I'm only giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I ordered artifical roses which were supposed to be uk based. I got tracking from China and 3 months later no updates. Thankfully PayPal refunded without dispute

I read other reviews after I’d ordered so thought I’ve been scammed. My bras arrived today and yes the quality isn’t brilliant but I got mine for on holiday when it will be very hot. I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly, no back fat , smooth shape under clothes, boobs lifted so maybe it depends on which factory they’ve come from cos I looked up this product and it is made and sold by absolutely loads of places and companies so I’m grateful I’ve not wasted my money ( although they were cheap anyway) and if after my hols I never wear them again ( although I’m sure I will) I’m happy , 3 bras for £17 bargain, for the record I’m a 44DD

Absolutely dire. My wife ordered a couple of bras on a special deal with free postage. They charged the full postage! Luckily, I'd paid with PayPal so got this reimbursed almost straight away. Then the items arrived. Very poor quality and didn't fit at all. The product reviews must be fake! We've been trying to get hold of Customer Services for over 2 weeks now. All we get is an email that states we will be contacted within 24 hours and a link to an online 'help centre' that is, in reality, a bot which understands nothing and promises we will be contacted within 24 hours. Its like going round in circles. Absolute con job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered 2 bras at a special price of £14.99 & for some reason £17.90 was taken from my bank. I have been trying to get a refund since the 24th of May. The quality is so bad, they have used the cheapest material & the shoulder straps are so thin & wrinkled. It is like bashing your head against a brick wall trying to get any sensible answers. I was offered £2 compensation, eventually this was upped to a whole £4. This is a joke! I am going to carry on trying to return the bras & get back what I paid. I wish I had never heard of this company.

Terrible scam! Wish I'd never sent for pack 3 bras. Sent the wrong size anyway and the material was so flimsy I wouldn't have worn them anyway. Still trying to get my money back, but being told I can only get £2 ?!!!!
I would rather have given the money to charity!
Don't touch this company with a barge pole!
