Like many other reviews wish we had read the Trustpilot feedback before ordering! Just like Trump the yankee bully boy tactics apply! Purchased 2 Bras for my wife using their size chart. Waited over 2 weeks for delivery to be completed! Tried on one bra but was about 3 sizes too big Contacted them same day but was refused a refund and return. Was offered initially a £2 pound refund and now £4 Still trying to resolve this but "stonewalled" due to the ignorance of the yankee bullies. I guess the Name "Stonewall Jackson" highlights the difficulty we are experiencing! Wife is traumatised as she placed the order and we are now fighting to get the refund and also to return the products! Why would we accept a £4 trade off to keep something which is no good to us?
AND NOW THEY HAVE CEASED ANY CONTACT!

Scam Company !!! How i wish I’d checked these reviews first. The company is not based in the Uk, despite misleading advertising. The bras are nowhere near the correct size. I’ve threatened them with Trading Standards, this is atrocious that they can get away with this!!

Do not use this company it is a scam I’m sorry to say. They advertised on Facebook and I ordered the flowers on 23rd April and this is 18th June and no flowers. I sent an email and they said “please be patient”. Says order is in Cambridge awaiting delivered. After reading the comments if anything does arrive it will be of a very poor quality. Sad but true - buyer beware.

Bras now received and they are a total waste of money. Wrong size sent and no support and really flimsy. I have asked for a refund but I doubt they will reply, This company should be removed from Facebook,

Complete waste of money not even worth 1star, ordered 3x Bras cost me £20 poor quality poor sizing,poor customer service emailed them to send back said it would cost me too much in postage to send back so offered me £2 compensation! I declined then offered me £4! I declined again not heard anything back

This company does not deserve a single star but I was unable to write a review otherwise. I ordered a 3 pack non wired bra set from this company who works through a UK email address. Alarm bells rang when I saw the package coming from the US, however, I waited to see what would happen. They arrived and although I had input my correct bra size as was required in the order, I received an XL which looking at them probably wouldn't fit a young, teenage female, plus the quality was poor & substandard. So there have been emails back & forth in which I have claimed a refund & return details, only to be faced with repeated messages saying that I will need to return them to China & that I would incur that cost but they will compensate me £2 to begin with, then it increased to £4 which I have repeatedly refused. I've reluctantly accepted that this experience has resulted in me losing my money & have been left with a completely useless, ill fitting, substandard, poor quality product. This company needs to be stopped as they are scammers & I urge anyone to read the feedback before they are drawn into their advertising lies.

A flimsy bra that does not match the description offers no support requested a refund and return told no I was offered £2 refund told it was too expensive to return. I have reported them to trading standards.

Total scam company like nearly every one else’s reviews on here would have given them zero stars. Shocking goods and service.
I really wished I’d read the reviews on here first.
Bra’s ordered were a 42G as per the web site sizing - lucky if they would fit a child. Tiny.
Emailed asking to return and to get refund - 15 emails later I’ve given up passed from one help desk to another. Told goods received were what I ordered which it clearly wasn’t - unbelievable.
Best bit final email said to pay to return to China ( not a UK company as described on their web site) and bras would be inspected and if no faults found money would be returned - I give up !
I suppose it’s same old if it’s too good to be true it’s too good to be true ! it’s a SCAM.
Lesson learned never buy from FB and check trust pilot reviews before parting with your ££.

This company is an absolute waste of space. My bras arrived took one out of the package sizing is laughable, I ordered 3x. 2xL .wouldn't go anywhere near me sizing is atrocious, waste of time and money. Emailed Bliss not had any answers back about returning the items or getting a refund its absolutely disgusting that they can get away with this kind of behaviour. Stay clear .They arent even worthy of one star but couldn't continue with the review without pressing on a star. 0 stars from me.

If I could give zero I would! Absolute tat! Don't think I've ever seen anything made so badly!
Firstly they overcharged my card but I did get it back. Then the tracking was showing as in" USA customs " yet its supposed to be a UK address?
All packaging is in Chinese. Probably bulk bought from Temu!!
Avoid at all costs!!🤬🤬

These bras aren't fit for purpose, flimsy,small and poor quality. I'm going yo send them.back for a refund but don't hold out much hope, wish I read these reviews before buying! I never usually buy on Facebook and won't again. Total waste of money

Wish I read the reviews 1st parcel came today and when trying one on I said to myself these are no way a 40dd ( 3XL it said on package) small in the cup makes me think all the cups are the same size they just alter the back after reading the reviews .. not happy at all ..not bliss beaut at all .. more like bliss rubbish ..and I mean rubbish ..and I was soo looking forward to these .!

I ordered flowers for outdoor pots 19/04/24 - still not received 12/06/24. Scam of a company. Support email simply says it’s not their problem as they have sent it. Not sure transit company actually exists. Have emailed them too with no reply.

I ordered some bra's in an actual bra size, they sent me them in a large instead, which is useless and doesn't correspond with the sizes I ordered. Customer service uses a very weird platform with multiple choices, which do not cover the simple question of 'how do I return the items' to respond rather than email. I asked about sending them back and they just said they wouldn't advise doing that?! And offered me 10% of the amount back. Complete waste of time and money and bad for giving you a straight answer on anything or an option to get your money back.

Had I known these poor quality, badly sized bras were from China I would not have purchased.

Something is very wrong here.

I was decieved, as led to believe items were from USA.

Tracking email notices informed me of movements of items in USA.

When delivery was taking longer than expected, I asked where they were, and got a email that said items from China will take a little longer!!!!!!

STAY CLEAR A COMPANY NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Ordered 34G bras. On trying them on they were too small on the cup (probably closer to a C cup) and far too big and loose around the ribs. Have tried to get a refund but they are refusing saying I received the item I ordered and it would cost too much to return the items to China. They have offered around $4 in compensation (I am in the UK). I tried leaving a review on their website and it is not appearing. ALL the reviews I could find were 5*, nothing less, which is really suspicious. On investigation I realised they had charged 20% more than the email invoice stated. I cannot find any good reason for this.
UPDATE: Items were bought via Paypal. Paypal have given me a full refund after supplying all evidence.

This company is a scam cannot send back to Wales as company address and have to send back to China? which costs 12.00.
No phone number to contact just email

Ordered from their size chart but doesn't fit keeps riding up, so tried to return, they told me to regift to a friend and offered £2 refund, they need to be closed down by trading standards, so please report. They us a uk website and address but reside in China. Disgraceful behavior
