Awesome album!
Great for unusual, limited edition albums. Ordered Muse latest album, sounds great and looks amazing. Great communication, easy to use website and great delivery service. Highly recommended.

Vinyl good, delivery poor
1. Record itself looks great as expected (already own another one)
2. Delivery time was okay, but still had to pay customs which should not happen due to IOSS.
3. Had no paperwork (invoice, delivery sheet) in the box.
4. Record has a plastic bag only, which is very poor especially for a limited item.

Nice quality product
There was some miscommunication on the shipping date with the order confirmation. The tracking information for Royal Mail was bad, maybe because it was international shipping. Otherwise, the product arrived in good shape and was just what I was expecting. Customer support replied to my messages in a timely manner and they were helpful. I think it's a unique project and I'd buy from them again.

Sleves!
It's my mistake, but you should send vinyls with the orginal sleves, not plastic sleves. Once I ordered, and got with the original sleve, now I got in plastic

It would be very polite and decent if that was mentioned at the moment of ordering. So I can decide at that moment if it is worth it.

Cheap cover
The record is very nice but the cover really disappointing. It is just a simple plastic cover it feels very cheap. Also there were import costs that were almost as expensive as the record, this was not mentioned when ordering.
