€16 in customs charges on top of the €14 delivery charge!

I ordered the Muse vinyl. For a €35 purchase, I’d already paid €14 in postage, but – although this wasn’t mentioned, even though the delivery address in France was clearly stated – my vinyl has been held up and I’ve had to pay a further €16 in customs duties! I still haven’t received the parcel...

Good experience overall

My order arrived safely and in perfect condition, and the delivery itself was quite fast once it had been shipped. The only downside was that it took longer than expected for the order to be dispatched.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I chose this store because they had the edition I was looking for, which was difficult to find elsewhere. Despite the delay before shipping, everything arrived as expected, so I would consider ordering from them again.
