Overpriced, Not Great Quality.
I ordered 3 plants.
One was ok
One was not in great condition
and one was not in a sellable condition.
I sent an email including photos.
I was told 'its normal for plants to have some browning following transit'
and that
'You should follow the care instructions'
The level of browning on this plant indicates that it was neglected for some time before I received it, so to be told that 'I' should now follow the care instructions....
It's a bit much.
Bloombox 'consider the plant to be healthy and will not refund'
Then, there's the virtue signalling emails.

I want to tell you a story - one that's changed my life, and the live's of a few other people too, I think.
Everything Bloombox Club is today can be traced back to an encounter I had with a particular client, who I'll call Sophie.
I don't want to lay out the full details of her case, but suffice to say she was suffering. Immensely.
Everyone I see in therapy is unique, but aspects of Sophie's difficulties were all-too familiar: depression, anxiety, mood-swings, self-image problems.
After several weeks' worth of sessions, we'd built up a strong rapport, but the therapy wasn't getting through, and I wasn't sure where to turn next.
But then something amazing happened, and it all began with a single plant ...

After three emails the cost of a plant was refunded
'as a one time offer'
While I appreciate that I've been refunded for a plant that was sent to me in an unsellable condition
I will not be buying from this company again.

So disappointing ...
Dire customer service..well actually, NO customer service at all. Just after midnight on Tues Sep 22, I placed an order as a gift. In error, i must have clicked send but as soon as the confirmation flashed up, i noticed that the delivery address was wrong (it was my own home address altho' I don't know how this happened) and so was the billing address (actually the person to whom i was sending this as a gift). i also had not seen any instruction asking me to complete a message card. I instantly sent a message to Bloombox asking them to contact me asap and also advising them of the errors, assuming they would hold fulfilment and get in touch first thing on Wednesday when I would ensure they had the right info to proceed. I did not receive any commuiaction exceptat 18.37 that evening a ticket no. arrived with automated standard reply saying someone would contact me in 48-72 hrs. In other words, 3 or 4 days after the order was placed as one day had already passed. i sent several more messages marked URGENT but had no cntact from the company. I searched for a tel no but they work out of serviced offices with no contact nunber shown anywhere This gift was very important and i had no way of knwoing what was happening, Were they sending it, redirected as i had asked? Was it coming to my hum address..or had the order been nulled as i had given the wrong billing address to match my credit card. I needed to know so i could order something else in time if necessary as the gift was to mark a social occasion. In the end i was so frustrated i complained to American express as i saw the payment had gone through... And then.... the plant arrived at MY home address yesterday, 9 days later. However it was pure luck we found it. The courier (Hemes) did not ring my bell and had apparently left in the foyer of my block of flats (I don't know who gave him access) so it easily could have been stolen and i would never have known as I had i been alerted by him. i then had to find a driver to take this to its original intended location at significant cost. But the cost was also my own time that had to be spent (and now in writing this too!! ) added to the significant stress which could have all been alleviated with a proper and appropriate customer communication system in place. I certainly wouldn't use them again...And don't confuse them with Bloom & Wild who provide excellent customer service.
Lovely plant and pot
Ordered a plant and pot as a gift for my mum.. They arrived on schedule, well packaged and looking beautiful.. My mum was so pleased with her surprise. I will definitely be buying from here again thank you ☺️
Impressive
I am so impressed with Bloombox Club. Before I placed my order I was having doubt and trust issue with online sellers due to previous experience so I only went ahead to purchase some pots. The quality of packaging, the speed of delivery is just top class which also show they care about the business and their customer. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and amazing plants. I received a plant that was unfortunately broken. I wrote them and they promptly replied me and set up a new delivery which arrived perfectly intact. The boxes are really well done and they come with a guide to help you take care of the plants. Highly recommend!

The subscription is really not worth…
The subscription is really not worth the money. As someone that buys plants and pots on a regular basis this subscription is not worth the £40 you part with. A trip to your local homebase and TK Max and a scroll through instagram will see you the same results and £20 in your pocket!

A good cause.
Joined a month ago and have had 2 lovely plants delivered - a subscription plant and an extra to treat myself. The subscription plant came with a pot that accentuates it. Knowing that my subscription is providing mental health support for others is a good feeling.
I have one suggestion - could we have a taste of what’s to come next?
