Poor service
Ordered flowers for a family members birthday. Received a call to ask for address clarification so gave a detailed explanation of how to find the property. Despite paying the special delivery date fee and the company being 5 miles from the delivery address flowers were not delivered. No call to ask for help to find the property not a word to say they hadn’t been delivered on time. Then called the following day as if nothing was wrong to say the delivery had been completed. Terrible lack of communication and more importantly missed the birthday occasion they were ordered for. No offer or a partial refund or credit note. Won’t be using again.

Order process was fine but flowers looked basic and plain compared to the picture online. No ribbons or gift paper like the image shown and the nice gift boxed chocolates turned up as a simple box of roses. Paid £71 could of got the same down the supermarket for £20. Put off from ordering online in the future.

Flowers were late, extra paid for same day delivery, florist said they had been delivered and then back tracked as apparently couldn’t find my house. Customer service was good but will never use again
