Customer service appalling. Ordered 9 roses in perspex box.
Came with only eight. I checked to see if it may have fallen out but it wasn't in the boxes.
I emailed straight away with a photo.
No reply. I emailed and completed web-chats for 4 days. Still no reply.
On the 4th evening, I received a survey form!!
I completed the survey with my issues and finally got a reply on 5th day!!
But the solution was too late. I have ended giving a faulty gift.
No apologies for the delayed response either. Just the 'process is to send back' which I would have done if they had answered my emails or web-chats in the first place by the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd day!!

Nice arrangement.
Would be nice if you take or introduce some next day deliveries for bookings done your Sunday for global citizens .

The flowers arrived damaged and still waiting for them to get back to on my mobile or email with apologies about the flowers arrived not in good condition etc! Bit upset to be honest! Not will order again!

So impressed with this company ,the flowers I ordered were for my daughters special birthday and they were amazing, beautifully packed for protection , this wS in November and they still look and smell exquisite

This is my second time ordering from Fresh Flora and I can’t complain about a single thing. Ordering is super easy, delivery is quick and you receive updates until delivery has happened. The flowers i received were beautifully boxed and in brilliant condition on arrival. I will definitely be reordering when another special occasion pops up!!

Great. Last all year.

When the 'Rose in a Dome' arrived, the glass dome was broken. Fresh Flora immediately organised a replacement which was delivered on time for my mother-in-law's 100th birthday.

Ive ordered forever roses for a very important occasion, the flowers were supposed to be delivered on saturday and didnt come untill monday by then it was too late!!! Very dissapointing

Lovely rose, a little believed on arrival possibly due to the delivery company, but a beautiful fragrance after a few hours.

I did not. Receive my order now I’m getting told I can’t get refund even though they messed up my whole anniversary
