Beautiful flowers, they smell lovely and I love the modern colour of grey suits my decor. Will get the bigger box next time they are back in stock.

Paid over £120 for a box of roses that has tears in them, set unevenly in the box and few roses even looked like they were dying.
Customer service is very poor, haven't had a response to my email in over 4 days.
Save your money and go elsewhere. Disgusting service.

Fresh Flora - Excellent customer service
I initially bought a small flower box but when it arrived, it was a lot smaller than I expected. I called fresh flora to ask if an exchange can be arranged in person as the item will not have arrived on time if I had ordered for delivery.
The operations manager Abe was extremely helpful and even waited for me after hours to ensure I got the new flowers and swiftly processed my refund. The flowers are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough! I will definitely be using them again & again!
