Great flowers, good value, brilliant service

delivery 1 day late then scheduled .
Box was damaged not enough glue to close left side properly.
Had to then self tape the box together and give gift.
Will not use them again.
A real shame as I had high expectations for these roses.

Great customer service! We bought a gift (we’re from Canada) to be delivered in York, UK and it went smoothly. I also made an error with one order and Customer Service emailed me back right away and rectified the situation. I had a great experience and the recipient loved the eternal roses.

I bought the small box arrangement which is beautiful and was a great gift. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the packing of the item needs work, for such a delicate item I expected it to have more protection. Something that would have been useful as the first arrangement I ordered arrived broken, however Fresh Flora sent out a replacement the next day.

This was my first order with this type of Rose outside of the U.S. and was a little nervous. However, the presentation met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Fresh Flora London. I look forward to placing future orders!

Flowers are absolutely beautiful. When it arrived it was damaged I contacted fresh flora and they immediately sent out a replacement which arrived in perfect condition. Top product accompanied by top service. Would highly recommend.

I order a rose and the box arrived a little damaged and the rose was loose inside the box, therefore it was not in its best condition. I was then contacted and the Fresh Flora team offered to send me a new one. Which they did, and this time the box was in a very good condition and the rose was properly secure inside. It was all very good and the team showed great concern about the issue.

Great service. Came the next day. I ordered the pink roses. I just wish the box was a little lower down because it covers quite a sizeable part of the rose - I know to protect it etc

Easy website to navigate and everything went smoothly on my two orders. Beautiful roses and look so velvety and fresh. The scent is beautiful too. Really hoping they do truly last as long as is claimed. Whilst there are other companies offering a similar product you would do no better than using Fresh Flora

Product looks good

The only thing is the box came damaged even though it has a fragile sticker on it (funnily enough it was damaged where the fragile sticker was). This was probably not to do with you but DPD.... it’s a good job I don’t actually need the box the product is it and a good think I didn’t have anything more expensive

A little over priced but beautifully packed and you get what you see.

Despite missing cut off ordering time for the next day. I messaged on the online chat if we could get next day delivery still. They processed and shipped it in less than 24 hours. Complimentary delivery
