Will never buy again

Excellent service

I love my box of 8 blush pink roses!!!
The roses are so delicate and beautiful. They smell amazing, although, you can feel that a rose oil / essential has been added. This is perfect for a gift. It looks luxurious and really fresh wherever you put it in your home. It looks amazing on my bed side table!
It was a bit difficult to remove it from the box - there is a thick soft layer protecting the box from moving. I would suggest not pulling the box from the middle as the lid fixed to the base might get detached from the box. It's better to use your fingers and grab the lid underneath. It was very difficult for me but I understand that this is there to protect the box with roses moving inside the package while transporting it.
I would order again in future for sure.

Bad quality
Bad quality, ordered my mum a white rose for Mother’s Day, they initially sent me a red rose which wasn’t what I asked for so they sent a new white rose which came broken then finally they decided to sent a box of 9 roses as an apology, it’s only been a month since we received the roses and the roses are already starting to break and has tears it’s not a good look, definitely not worth the money, these are meant to last one year.
