Ordered on 7th July stated 10-14 days delivery. Still not arrived Friday 8 Aug so after many phone calls going unanswered I decided to go to the shop which took 45 mins to get to had to pay for parking as it is in a shopping centre. Got to the store to find it closed tried the number and again no answer. I would tell people to avoid this shop at all costs. They had £55 of my money and I am a single mother and I can't afford to throw away money like that.

Would give no stars if this was possible. Ordered uniforms in May 2025 and from website they were expected to arrive in 10-14 days. They still hadn’t arrived by 19th of June so emailed company and eventually got through on phone. Spoke to a man and was told they would arrive in the next fortnight . Have phoned shop many times since as they never arrived - keep getting through to answering machine. Really angry that I’ve been left with no uniforms or money returned. Had hoped I would have had them long before now so I could ensure they would fit my granddaughters and would have enough time to exchange them if they did not fit. As a pensioner £160 is not easily available to have at hand to go elsewhere to purchase new uniforms. Still no reply when calling shop just now despite online it says shop open till 17.30

Ordered online only received half of the school uniform. I was told the rest would be delivered but never was. Spoke to the manager several times on the phone and was told that the Hillpark hoodies had to be made up and he would do it right away and have them sent out. Never happened and then my number was blocked. When visiting the store the manager was never available and suddenly the staff member couldn’t speak good English and had to wait for the manager to deal with. He was never available. Would not use again and wouldn’t recommend them.

Do not buy from here. Their website says "We offer a 30 day no-quibble returns policy - if you are unhappy with your order for any reason and require either a replacement or refund, then please send the goods back..." Had purchased in their store, which is listed on the website - told exchange only with 3 months to use. We do not need any uniform items they stock. Store policy not displayed and contradicts website.

Ordered uniform in July. No sign. Phone calls, emails, reviews…told it has been dispatched on three different occasions, no sign of it. Told I was getting a refund for part that they couldn’t deliver, no sign of money.
No refund despite clearly being asked for a full refund. Owner does not care. He has now stolen my money and is refusing to return it. Do not buy from him.

Ordered a tie online 3 weeks ago at Ayr road shop paid it and got receipt. Heard nothing and went to shop to be told after a phone call to their E.K. Shop it would be sent over and I’m still waiting on a call to say it’s there . It was only a tie but not very good service. I’d avoid using this shop.

1 star is being generous when it comes to Blossoms School Wear. Placed an order in the EK store 2 months ago, only to receive a call today to say they cannot provide me with the order as it is now out of stock. Fine..slightly annoying..but I’d receive a refund surely? When I asked for a refund the lady said that they don’t offer them here at blossoms and the best she can do is a credit note for the shop. This is completely ridiculous as I’d paid for an item the shop cannot provide so I am due a full refund. I decided to visit in person to see if I could speak to a manager. I was told the manager was on holiday and the staff had no idea when she would be back, and apparently nobody had been left in charge while she was away. Nobody knew what to do/who to contact in this instance, or even how to process a return if they allowed to authorise them. Another lady was in at the same time complaining about their lacking customer service and requesting a refund too since they had also cancelled her order. We both eventually received a refund but I will tell you one thing, it was not easy to get and they simply did not care that I or the other lady were out of pocket with no resolution offered other than said credit note. Honestly, they just have horrendous customer service and I most definitely will not be returning here in future. Consistently poor service received over the years and I’m absolutely fed up with the hassle that goes hand in hand when ordering from this shop. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Shocking service ordered a rain jacket and T-shirt and have been waiting over a month and a half still no jacket or tshirts and staff are refusing to refund as they don't know how to will definitely never use again and don't recommend.

Tried to bypass my refund saying it would be back on my card when I didn’t even pay with card it was cash , finally got my refund after I got nothing but abuse off the manager. I ordered 2 hoodies for son, sent several emails & phoned them around 4 times regarding delivery I was fobbed off many times, they finally sent me an email saying that goods have been sent, I received my items today with shoddy embroidery on them really annoyed as I expected to get a decent uniform for my son - won't ever buy from them again.
Racism after delayed forgot about order
Item was poor quality ordered early and wasn't even ready for day before school. Spent a lot on the years money grabbing and rude her staff are terrified of her. She was calling me white trash and my kind of people etc

I honestly can’t believe this “company” is still running and by the time I contact all the schools that they deal with, trading standards and ek centre management. I hope they see a huge decline in sales!
Firstly, arriving in the store last week I was greeted by a lovely younger woman who was extremely lovely and helpful but she was a wee nervous wreck and working on her last nerve tbh. But all the girls seemed really on edge! No wonder after then meeting that HORROR of a thing that calls herself a manager today.
So after ordering last week, I noticed that my order was quite a bit different price wise compared to their online shop. So I thought today whilst I collect part of my order, I’ll just ask why….
So I enter the shop, more than happy to wait for for someone to become available to serve me. Then I’m “greeted” by the most arrogant woman I have ever came across. “Are you being served” as she huffed towards me. When I replied “no not yet” she snapped back “well I’m busy but come here” WOW, ok then!
So I explained the above and she just would not allow me to speak, snapping at me, shouting at me, speaking over me. Then proceeds to get on her phone to phone someone, speaking about me like I was something off of her shoe and couldn’t hear her. Then she starts to full scale shout and argue with another customer in the store whilst serving me and on the phone to whoever. I stepped back and let her carry on, waited till she finished and tried to tell her that I had the order with the different prices on my phone if she wanted to have a look. But no, she is on this phone just barking away. So by this point I am so over it, and just tell her to cancel the order and I’ll take the refund. I’ll be honest, I was being pretty short with her at this point. She then “shoooes me” out of her shop waving her hand at me and told me “no items and no refund”.
I had to then stand and argue with her and refuse to leave her store without my refund, she then refused me to take my receipt which again I wasn’t leaving without as this was a refund to my card.
For her own health she needs to just shut up shop before she combusts with sheer rage!!! That level of arrogance, nastiness and attitude is just so uncalled for and not normal nor healthy.
Since posting on my personal social media, I have had so many people contact me with similar complaints and worse. I have even have a past employee contact me, and now I totally understand why those employees that day were so on edge.
So shop at Blossoms in East Kilbride or Newton Mearns (also known as diff names in paisley, you know that store that took all the money and closed before schools went back) if you want to be robbed, lied to, spoken to like dirt, and never receive your order.
Oh and not to forget, the person she was speaking to in the shop was telling her to tell me to refresh my page as I stood in the shop. (I had all the screenshots which are are date and time stamped from the day I purchased and today’s date for reference). They were upping the prices to what they had over charged me in the store LITERALLY AS I STOOD IN FRONT OF THEM!!!

This company take your money then avoid you never reply to emails , calls . Ordered more than 1 month ago paid for home delivery , was suppose to receive 2weeks ago still heard nothing . Good at taking your money but not supplying your goods . Avoid at all cost

Absolutely baffled as to how this “shop” is still open. Owned by clowns that couldn’t even run a circus.
Do not give them a penny🙂. And if you do, be prepared to have to go through your bank to receive any sort of refund for the school uniform that they do NOT provide, as they will string you along with excuses for as long as they can.
In all seriousness, take a quick look anywhere online (Facebook, Yelp, Trust Pilot) and you’ll see that the reviews and customer experiences are consistently the same.
Wrong items received, no response to emails
Ordered two tartan pinnies for my daughter, previous ones bought elsewhere and should have gone there again.
Took about a week to arrive, so not too bad, despite no acknowledgement of the order. On opening discovered that they were the wrong tartan ,almost the inverse colours of what it was supposed to be. Have tried to contact to via their website and email to arrange replacement with the correct items and return of the wrong ones, but zero response. Will now need to order two more elsewhere to ensure I have them before the new term starts.
