I honestly can’t believe this “company” is still running and by the time I contact all the schools that they deal with, trading standards and ek centre management. I hope they see a huge decline in sales!
Firstly, arriving in the store last week I was greeted by a lovely younger woman who was extremely lovely and helpful but she was a wee nervous wreck and working on her last nerve tbh. But all the girls seemed really on edge! No wonder after then meeting that HORROR of a thing that calls herself a manager today.
So after ordering last week, I noticed that my order was quite a bit different price wise compared to their online shop. So I thought today whilst I collect part of my order, I’ll just ask why….
So I enter the shop, more than happy to wait for for someone to become available to serve me. Then I’m “greeted” by the most arrogant woman I have ever came across. “Are you being served” as she huffed towards me. When I replied “no not yet” she snapped back “well I’m busy but come here” WOW, ok then!
So I explained the above and she just would not allow me to speak, snapping at me, shouting at me, speaking over me. Then proceeds to get on her phone to phone someone, speaking about me like I was something off of her shoe and couldn’t hear her. Then she starts to full scale shout and argue with another customer in the store whilst serving me and on the phone to whoever. I stepped back and let her carry on, waited till she finished and tried to tell her that I had the order with the different prices on my phone if she wanted to have a look. But no, she is on this phone just barking away. So by this point I am so over it, and just tell her to cancel the order and I’ll take the refund. I’ll be honest, I was being pretty short with her at this point. She then “shoooes me” out of her shop waving her hand at me and told me “no items and no refund”.
I had to then stand and argue with her and refuse to leave her store without my refund, she then refused me to take my receipt which again I wasn’t leaving without as this was a refund to my card.
For her own health she needs to just shut up shop before she combusts with sheer rage!!! That level of arrogance, nastiness and attitude is just so uncalled for and not normal nor healthy.
Since posting on my personal social media, I have had so many people contact me with similar complaints and worse. I have even have a past employee contact me, and now I totally understand why those employees that day were so on edge.
So shop at Blossoms in East Kilbride or Newton Mearns (also known as diff names in paisley, you know that store that took all the money and closed before schools went back) if you want to be robbed, lied to, spoken to like dirt, and never receive your order.
Oh and not to forget, the person she was speaking to in the shop was telling her to tell me to refresh my page as I stood in the shop. (I had all the screenshots which are are date and time stamped from the day I purchased and today’s date for reference). They were upping the prices to what they had over charged me in the store LITERALLY AS I STOOD IN FRONT OF THEM!!!
This company take your money then avoid you never reply to emails , calls . Ordered more than 1 month ago paid for home delivery , was suppose to receive 2weeks ago still heard nothing . Good at taking your money but not supplying your goods . Avoid at all cost

Absolutely baffled as to how this “shop” is still open. Owned by clowns that couldn’t even run a circus.
Do not give them a penny🙂. And if you do, be prepared to have to go through your bank to receive any sort of refund for the school uniform that they do NOT provide, as they will string you along with excuses for as long as they can.
In all seriousness, take a quick look anywhere online (Facebook, Yelp, Trust Pilot) and you’ll see that the reviews and customer experiences are consistently the same.
Ordered two tartan pinnies for my daughter, previous ones bought elsewhere and should have gone there again.
Took about a week to arrive, so not too bad, despite no acknowledgement of the order. On opening discovered that they were the wrong tartan ,almost the inverse colours of what it was supposed to be. Have tried to contact to via their website and email to arrange replacement with the correct items and return of the wrong ones, but zero response. Will now need to order two more elsewhere to ensure I have them before the new term starts.
Im sorry i have to share this and resent even one star. My daughter was an employee here, last year 2023 she left school and got her first job in blossoms. On her first week she was told if anyone asked about the paisley shop that was all over the media for dissapearing after taking everyones money n not supplying uniforms, she was to deny any knowledge of it being associated with blossoms despite it being the same family!
From her second week onwards the owner left her saying he was off to Morocco and my 16 yr old was left alone to open the shop every day and things became really bad, she was abused verbally by every second customer who came in through the door because they hadn't recieved there order. She had to call his mother repeatedly to ask where these orders were and she simply wouldn't tell her anything so she was left having to deal with people not knowing how to resolve there concerns. Every week she was meant to be paid on the Friday, but no wage went in she would spend days calling the mother who is in charge and seems to controls the entire business (extremely rude and ignorant woman) asking why she hadnt been paid and the excuses and lies just kept going. Then two weeks after that the guy Hashim returned and my daughter was called to come see him on her day off to be told she was being dismissed because she had autism and he said she would no longer be able to work there. She was mentally drained by this point by all the abuse she had taken, hours she had put in and hard work for no pay to try and keep the place running in his absence and to be discriminated agaist like this was soul destroying. She still to this day was never paid for the first week or the last two weeks she worked. And was completely broken by the time she left. They are a disgraceful business and treat people like rubbish, the handful of customers who are lucky enough to walk out with stuff are in the minority in comparison to the amount of ppl being let down and strung along with repeated excuses. Hundreds of the July orders still weren't with the customers even in October, it was shocking. Iv never actually spoken up about it and hadnt intended on because it was more important i focus on supporting my daughter. However when i seen the positive reviews it really concerned me, it is now really important i speak up so this doesn't start happening this year all over again!! We as a family are Very passionate about and supportive of all our local businesses for over 40 years but from what we learned about the inside workings of Blossoms (which btw its actually not even called that😖if you check company house changes its trading name just about every year) its an absolute scam, i don't know how they are even still trading. The owner may come across as a nice guy, however he was notably controlled by his mother and father who own the businesses and have them in their childrens names, the paisley one, mearns one and east Kilbride one . I just felt it was time to share our experience as I don't want this next terms customers being treated the same way as last years customers in August it was appaulling!!! Not to mention leaving a 16 Yr old with autism alone for weeks without any kind of support or training! Knowing she would be left dealing with their customers upset at not having there orders and no sign of them is very poor. They do not deserve the hard earned cash of the residents here and they are certainly not an honest hard working small local business who deserves the support of the newton mearns and surrounding communities.😞
Been waiting over 2 months with no update or tracking information. Emails have been ignored. Phoned several times and told my items have been dispatched but no tracking was given. Overall been a terrible service and not even worth 1 star. I recommend you go elsewhere and not waste your time and money. Useless!!
Blossoms visited my child’s primary school almost 2 months ago ant an P1 induction day and took an order from me on a hard copy order form, and also took my payment. Unfortunately I have received no updates since then, and I’ve since called them 4 times and they have no record of my order, despite taking payment. Each time I have requested that they either call me back with an update, or provide a full refund, however they have never done so. Would definitely AVOID based on my experience, and other feedback I have heard from other customers. Have now requested a chargeback from my bank.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! Items returned 3 weeks ago and 1 item still outstanding from 5 weeks ago and no communication or refund issued. Company have not acknowledged or responded to any emails, online enquires, Facebook messages or phone calls. Have now contacted bank to reclaim money and trading standards. Reviews of this company certainly aren’t fake as previously posted, please avoid and shop elsewhere.
Ordered a hoodie on the 4th August which I have still not received. Unable to contact anyone. Three emails and three messages on their Facebook page and no reply. I have now advised them I will be contacting the Ombudsman. It’s is not a lot of money and it’s just one hoodie thankfully but the fact that they ignore their customers has annoyed me enough to take it this far!
Doesn't even deserve one star. Avoid this place at all costs. Placed an order on 24th June for my son's high school stuff and my toddlers nursery stuff, the "guarantee" was if you ordered before end of 24th June it would be DELIVERED before schools return. Several phone calls (eventually they took the phone off the hook) and several (ignored) emails later, the day before school starts back, I leave work early to go to the shop to be told that the order won't be ready for at least another week?! The woman in the shop had to call the owner as she didn't have a clue what was going on, the owner couldn't have been less helpful and basically said if I wasn't happy he would cancel the order?! Of course I'm not happy, I now have 24 hours to find 2 full uniforms because yous can't be honest and just say yous took on more than yous could handle!!! Not even an apology. Absolutely disgusted. Now I'm £££s out of pocket, no uniforms and no clue whats happening with my order.
What a nightmare of a company to deal with. Last year I placed an order and waited 4 months for my order to be ready! This time I've waited a month (school starts in 2 days) and still no order. Ignoring phone calls and emails. Terrible place and lesson learned this time I'll never be using them again. Seems like they only care about money. If they can't fulfill orders, don't take them!! Avoid at all costs
As someone who used to work here I can’t say anything good about the place. I would avoid at all costs. Not only was I mistreated as an employee- not being paid and treated unfairly- I also noticed customers are treated the same, if not worse. All this family business cares about is money. They scam customers and do not offer refunds so please keep this in mind before purchasing anything. You could also find the stuff they sell online yourself for much cheaper.
Items never delivered then told we were refunded but we have shown bank statements to show they haven't refunded us. Reading other reviews this is common practice with this Shop.

This is a con. I ordered school clothes on 21/SEP/22 for £104. I got nothing for a month- made 3 phonecalls, each time only the "manager" had access to web system and was supposed to call. I went into the EK store for a Rainbows uniform, my daughter is 5 but wears age 6-7 years, I assumed she’d need a medium but there was none left, as I was about to leave the shop worker approached asking what she my daughter is, I told her and what size she wears, the shop worker tells me a large will fit as it’s age 7, I asked if she was sure and she assured me it would definitely fit. I bought a zipper, t-shirt and what I now believe are copyrighted hair clips. I tried them on my daughter to find they were far too big. I checked the girl guiding website only to find the large is actually age 9-10 years. I attempted to get a refund today but I was told no refunds, when asked why I wasn’t told that yesterday I was told it’s down to me to ask if they give refunds at the time of purchase! I was also told shops can do what they want by the lady in the EK store and the man in the Newton Mearns store when I phoned. So I was mid-sold and now they’re refusing to give my money back! Checked girl guiding website and there’s no sign of them selling the clips I bought from this shop, so think I’ll be calling trading standards. Zipper cost £29.99, t-shirt £16.99 and clips £5.99!
