Paid for items with guaranteed delivery of 30th July, still waiting. No one will answer the phone or emails. It's a disgraceful way to run a business. My son will now be starting school with uniform items missing!!!!

My worst ever retail experience.
Paid for items that were never receieved. All communication ignored. Have seen from elsewhere that I am not only person this had happened to. I whole heartedly believe they intentionally scam people alongside running a legitimate business. Considering legal action.
