Several emails not replied to, several calls, told my order was finally on its way still not received it. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, out of pocket over £140.00. Do not shop here :(
I ordered an item for my son starting in P1. Ordered this in July for “Guaranteed delivery before school starts.”
July and august came and went with no such order arriving. Called the store and just by coincidence that day they were apparently waiting on Hermes to deliver it. Waited all day nothing ever arrived. Forgot about it then last week I called again, 4 months after the order had been placed. I asked for a refund and was told I couldn’t get one as this had been made specially for my child. Not the case as it was just an age I had to select with no measurements taken. They told me I could exchange for something else which made no sense to me as the reason I couldn’t get a refund was because this item was made special ? But they’d allow me to take another piece of clothing ? Makes no sense. They continuously refused a refund so I said I would contact my bank which the man on the phone asked me not to as it was a long drawn out process (from working at my own bank I know this is not the case)
Politely told him thanks but I need my money back. Called bank who have raised the dispute as non receipt of good and I already have my money back from bank as I await a response. Absolute joke
Ordered two school ties on 02/08/2022, still not received almost 3 months later, no reply to emails, been in store and staff member essentially just shrugged as had no info on online orders or why no response to emails (don't blame her, don't think she has any involvement in management).
Nothing on their SM since before school restarted and they shut off comments which shows they know they have unhappy customers.
I ordered a blazer on the 3/8/22 and was promised it would arrive for the start of term. I was told on Mon 15th it was definitely arriving on the Tuesday. At 4.30 on the Tuesday I was told it was arriving by taxi between 5.30 and 7pm. At 7.20 I left the store without my order and was told it would arrive the next day! The next day was my sons first day of First Year and he didn't have a blazer. I had not heard anything from the owner by the Saturday 20/8 who promised he would phone me several times, I asked for a refund. I have now waited 5 weeks for a refund and have heard ever excuse under the sun to why I haven't got my money back. I can't believe a company can operate like this and basically take people's money.
At all cost please avoid this shop. I still have not received 2 of the school jumpers that I paid for. They ignore calls, won’t answer the phone. The manger hides when you call. I have messaged and rang to try to contact them with no reply and no jumpers that have been paid for!!! How can they sell you things and not send them to you? Surely this is against the law?
Rip-off merchants. They take your money and then don't send the goods, don't reply to emails and don't answer the phone. My experience mirrors that of the majority of their customers, just look at the reviews both here and google. I will be reporting to trading standards at this point as they are actually scamming people.
Great experience recently at Blossoms getting my daughters blazer. Good advice and nice helpful staff. I’ll be going back next year.
Terrible experience from start to finish, ordered a wool blazer, knitted jumpers, v-necks, polo shirts, tie, rain jacket and sport zippers, paid a substantial amount, all ordered and paid for in June, I had to e mail them 6 weeks later to find out when my order would be ready to collect, and surprisingly everything had just came in that day and was now ready to collect, on collection I was left standing about for approx 40 minutes waiting on them trying locate it, eventually I was handed my ‘brand new’ items in a bin bag. Once home I looked over all the pieces and found that some of the embroidery was the wrong colour and some items came without tags and looked used and colour faded. I emailed, shop was closed by this time, they got back to me really quickly and said that they would contact the manufacturer and would let me know when the items to be replaced were ready to be collected, a further 4 weeks has now passed and I had heard nothing, I emailed several times-no reply, the shop is a nightmare to get through-no one answers. Eventually got through and the sales assistant had no idea what I was talking about and asked to phone back in 10 minutes to give her a chance to look into it, I phoned back to be told can you phone back this afternoon once the manager was in, no time given. I phoned back again nightmare to get someone to answer the phone, eventually spoke to manager who didn’t really let me talk was just telling me order was an online order when I had been in the shop and ordered, paid in full with cash, she eventually believed it was an in store order she had no idea about my sub standard order and she blamed their other store for not communicating. At this point I am still waiting for my items. I would not recommend this store at all, please be warned and take notice of all their bad reviews, they are true
Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered a blazer and paid 2nd July and no sign of it despite being told I'd have it before start of school. Made multiple calls to be told it's on its way and 4 weeks later still nothing and still waiting on a tracking number. Shocking customer service. Total cowboy outfit

this company were quick to take my money and told me some rubbish story about the courier company loosing all deliveries. been told told twice i would receive before school started. still waiting and they don't reply to any emails. shocking company
Thank you to the ladies in Blossoms, East Kilbride, who went over and above to help a very stressed mum who had realised at the very last minute that the blazer, purchased specially for those first day at school pictures, was way too big. Please know that a difference you have made to a emotional day ladies, exceptional service.
Ordered and paid on 21st July, Guaranteed me that I'll have the items for starting school which I haven't. I've called the store many times with a young boy telling me that the manager will call me bk but he never does. No response to my emails and I'm now blocked on their Facebook also they have deleted the post that I put on their page . No doubt I'm one of many unhappy customers who he quite happily takes money from then ignores😡knowing all along that he will not be able to supply.

Promised my daughter school jumpers for the start of school term and now 6 months later still no jumpers for my grandkids and they have took her money they are hard to contact and the shops closed alot of the time she's wasted more fuel trying to get these jumpers for the kids

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible service and horrible quality of uniform. I ordered uniform on 8th August worth £120 and have only received parts of it and I was told that I would get a call when my order was ready but haven't been called once. It is now touching 6 months that my order hasn't came. Extremely dissapointed. PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE AND I DEFINETLY DO NOT RECCOMMEND.
I am writing this as a buyer beware. Do not buy for them. I had to get the bank to deal with them as it was the only way I could get my money back. Never answer their phone. I think at one point I had nearly 100 calls to them. Poor company dont waste your time and urge schools to not direct customers to them. Its unfair on parents and kids to go to school without their uniforms as this shop fails massively.
Absolute joke of a company. Ordered uniform in august. Phone constantly ringing out. When I do get through they say they will call me back but don’t. Advised I would definitely receive uniform in post 2 weeks ago but still nothing.

Avoid buy anything
I bought my daughters uniform from the Ayr road branch for P1 and went without a hitch. This year for P2 it has been a terrible experience and I will not buy from here ever again. I will also be taking this to the school PTA meeting and trading standards.
When ordering the school uniform the girl serving us was completely unaware of the sizing scale for the cardigans and ordered a size that didn’t exist. She also refused to order us a badged hoodie as she wasn’t sure the head teacher would approve, despite this being for PE. I am a teacher in South Lanarkshire and know this is not an issue, children having appropriate PE kit for outdoors is a must. Nobody notified me of the uniforms arrival and when I checked in they had her jacket. I left and checked the bag, it was the wrong jacket. I returned the following week to receive my full order and on inspection the badge was sewn right through the pocket of the jacket and the cardigans were nowhere near the same quality as the previous year.
Roll on 2 wears of a jacket and the zip broke, we went back and returned the jacket which they then placed and order for a replacement. We were told 1 week. One month on and nothing, I have checked in 3 times to be told manager in hospital, managers day off etc. We have now been informed that they cannot get the same jacket and that we will not be receiving a refund either as we do not have the receipt. It was really nice of them to phone the customer and let them know what has happened.
They have acknowledged it is a faulty item, they have acknowledged that we bought the item even showing us the original invoice which states paid. I have the text message confirming my order is ready to collect. They took my receipt the day I picked up my uniform, they have the jacket and I am out of pocket. The ‘boss’ who was contacted by phone said she doesn’t care if we have proof we bought it via their books, she will not issue a refund without receipt. They have the receipt!! She doesn’t care if we go to trading standards as she has dealt with them before. She doesn’t care if the item is faulty. As you can see a lovely attitude.
Whilst in the shop their were other customers in complaint about orders not received, one made in June. Poor young girl left to stand there and deal with this without any support.
Actually disgusted with this shop/company put my order in on July got my sons blazer at end of August still waiting on 4 jumpers and polo shirts now October 😡 Absolute nightmare to get a hold of never answer there phone and only time he did was 4 weeks ago and the manger told me he would drive down to borders over the weekend to get my order and call me still waiting on that phone call🤬 Asked for a refund to be told i would only get a credit note what use is that🤨 please avoid this shop wish i had read the reviews before i ordered my childrens school wear. DISGUSTING Way to run a business all these children waiting on uniforms should be ashamed of yourselfs
