Really great company to purchase from. Received my OnePlus 13 chinese version with Oxygen OS already on it, changed over from Color OS. Phone works great, company had the best price and even tho it takes a little time to get the product, I don't mind because you get a great product at a really great price, excellent customer service s they try hard to make your experience a good one. Will probably purchase another phone or perhaps a smartwatch from them. You do have to be patient, but it's worth it.

Bludiode offers attractive prices, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to receive your order.
I had to wait two and a half months. I was a little worried because I might not receive it before I left for vacation.

Scammers that like to take your money, if for any reason you need to cancel the order even if its 5 minutes after placing it due to buying the wrong product there is not only a cancation charge theres also a months waiting time for refunds.
Please avoid it might seem cheaper but its not theres extra fees they charge during delivery too i would save your money and time, please ignore there reply as they could not provide proof of fees and company said they didnt take any

Everything was fine, except for waiting time..Nobody also said that there are customs to be paid extra..

Well I had to wait a really long time for my order about 11 weeks but I was offered a full refund twice during that process but waited to receive my pad.
But when I got it I managed to install google play and all my apps can transfer over.
I give 5 stars because you cannot get this pad or anything like it in the west.

I didn’t have to pay any additional fees—only the initial price listed on the website. The warranty for the phone was 24+12 months. I have downloaded the purchase receipt in my personal account.

Before placing an order, I recommend reviewing the product information and reaching out to the store’s support team if needed. Their customer service is efficient and responds without delays. An analysis of the website showed that it has been operating since October 15, 2014. Scammers usually create short-lived, one-day websites.

Bottom line: I recommend this online store.

02.04.2025:
Today I received an invoice from the transport company. I have to pay an additional customs fee of 54 euros. I thought this wouldn’t happen, but it occurred exactly as they said in the store. I am still satisfied with the purchase.

Quick responses, quite fast company. Excellent service. Won't be paying again over £1000 for the phone I bought here for a bit less than £800.

At first I was scared to purchase my item with this company, but truth to told my experience was excellent. They really took care of everything and I got my item in good condition and delivery time frame was excellent. They offerer telephones from different areas. But, most are Chinese.

They put what region the telephone is from, in the listing. But, occasionally it does not say specifically if it a Chinese ROM or Global ROM. When, that happens and I need the telephone, I ask a question under the item, and or contact support. They always respond.

I think they should put exactly which frequencies each telephone has. Because, some telephones may not get super fast data, if they do not have the frequencies of the telephone company that you use. Check with your telephone company for which frequencies they use.

Plus, some telephones can get Over The Air updates (OTA), and some need manual updating. It depends on a lot of things, and each telephone and company are different. Check what you is good for you.

For me the most important thing is the warranty. Because, you will not get one at most stores. Plus, if you try to claim a warranty by yourself, good luck. Because, most telephone companies will not honor a warranty if you are in a different country.

I had a warranty claim a few years ago, and they took care of it. I got $1,250 in store credit. Because, the manufacturer did not replace the telephone. I took a few months. But, I would have gotten no money back if I didn't have that warranty.

I think people don't read or comprehend the very clear statement from them that some areas have an import duty tax. They say clearly, to check which area you are in. But, people still complain and give them one star reviews.

Over the many years I bought from them, some items arrive quickly in the United States of America, and some take a little longer. But, I am very happy with them.

They are not a scam. But, they might be using a translation software to understand your support e-mails through their website. So, be polite. Plus, being polite is the best way to get the great service from any company.
