Excessive delay time

The product arrived well, the contact was not bad but I give it four stars because it took 2 months to arrive and at one point if I had not asked what was happening, I would not have found out that I was about to cancel it because they could not load the global ROM.

Worst experience with refund

Please, keep in mind the following information: "I have been informed that the phone has not been shipped and it has been a month since the purchase, yet I have not received a refund through the payment method registered in their system (skrill.com)."I'm eagerly anticipating the next steps after suggesting that they implement direct debits. It seems like they are onboard with the idea and are planning to set up a direct debit system, but it will take about 30 days to finalize everything.Regrettably, I am experiencing difficulty obtaining a refund from AliExpress, a company based in China, within the stipulated 10-day period. This extended delay of 30 days is a result of what appears to be a lack of urgency on their part. I am diligently appealing to them to address this matter promptly and judiciously. The order reference for this transaction is IATKHOCXL.

Don't buy from them

I ordered OnePlus Ace 3 global ROM with update support on 25/02/2024 which according to their website will be delivered within 3 weeks which is a lie I received it on 29/04/2024 . When I received it I checked for software update it was showing no software updates available and last updates on Feb I asked seller as I asked before ordering does it support update they told me yes sometimes some region receive update later then again after one or two months I asked regarding update since it didn't receive any they admitted it is their fault and told me to install some rom from nc which will support update they will pay for it I contacted the company that offers this said it won't work then bludiode told me to return it. I return their phone on August 2nd 2024 and still waiting for the refund they keep telling me contact Amazon pay and file a-z claim for refund or bank which I did contacted both they are telling me the window is passed contact the merchant it is horrible do not buy from them they don't have phone number to contact they have support tickets which takes 3 to 7 days for them to respond I feel like I got scammed.
Avoid buying from them

And look here who has replied never replied this quick when you open a ticket don't have any phone number to contact and regarding refund according to you takes 14 days it has been more than month you keep telling me open a-z case which according to Amazon the period for this claim is 15 to 90 days after purchase which is overdue

! Update I am still waiting for my refund they are not responding my emails or support ticket messages and they don't have a phone number to call to .they are fraudsters don't be fooled by buying anything from them

I can see a lot of bad reviews here and…

I can see a lot of bad reviews here and I know from a customer POV, we tend to leave reviews when something is not going as expected, for the most part. So here I am telling you about my own positive experience.

I have made 2 different orders before at different dates, everything went fine, one order came 2-3 days later than it said on the website but that's ok.
Products worked fine, original of course, nothing shady.

I've made another order yesterday, a Vivo X100 Ultra 512GB Grey and like previous orders it will be shipped to Italy.
I hope this comes without any issues, just like the ones before.

Got a wrong color, hence not satisfied.

My order date was on 9th July and estimated delivery time was between 19-07 -2024 to 9-08-2024.(SLMOSQLTB)
I can understand estimated delivery times may vary.
But am dissapointed that even after 6 dates of the estimates there is not updates posted in order page.
A responsible company should inform there customers prior if there is any delay after the estimates before raising tickets.
I asked them to provide new estimated dates but they are replying that you need to wait a few days.
Dont know what they ment by few days and still now no updates for my order after 24th July 2024.

Update 1: Even after 12 days passed after the estimated delivery dates, no updates still posted in order page.

Final Update: Finally I got my order delivered.
Am just adding 1 more star for getting my order on hand. But it was not the colour I ordered. Configuration is ok.
But I need the specific colour hence i placed the order from here. If i need this colour i should have placed order in AliExpress with a cheaper price.
Hence my waiting became useless since i got a silver colour instaed of Green colour.
Am just keeping this phone as I dont want to return the same and wait for ages to get refund.

As I mentioned in the last review I made, i didn’t got any tracking number, they sent another email on august 1 saying that they were going to send it in 3-6 days and now NINE 9 DAYS PASSED AND I STILL DIDN’T GOT NOTHING. It’s impossible that in 2024 a company can’t work to know where the products are or send it fast, it’s ridiculous!

Just a little FYI: We always inform on the product page whether the global ROM is pre-installed. If not, it's usually right there in black and white. Sorry you missed that crucial bit! Even then, you should be able to use the device in English and access Google apps.

For future reference, refunds can take up to 14 days because we need to ensure your product isn't already en route. We did get it sorted for you, albeit not as quickly as you'd like.

Remember, even with a hiccup or two, our prices often beat local competition by 20-30%, so there's that silver lining 🌟.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

The nigthmare start with this compagnie the 16/03/2023! Still didnt receive my phone.

I ordered a phone this date on March 2023. After months of mails say phone stock in Hong Kong.NEVER RECEIVED! I asked for refound, they take days to reply. after months, they won't give money back but will give you a F voucher! Then i update the phone and add money again, still waiting the phone. It never come!

I am updating this comment as I have finally received the phone in is seal box thank you.

Be prepared to wait and pay the custom in your country.

Never buy from them

Never buy from them! Very long shipping times (2 months), you always pay additional tax ontop of what youve already paid to Bludiode. No customer service and a horrible refund proces (6 weeks before I had my money back after dozens of emails to Bludiode). BUYERS BEWARE!!!
