Scam Company!

No, I am not a bot.
Bludiode is a scam company.
I paid via Amazon Pay in euros.
I converted it and then wrote a review.
The company can try to justify itself here but not even write me an email back.
I have already sent at least 5 mails to Bludiode.

Escobar who pays with Swiss Franks told he didn't received refund from 3 months, but we process refunds within 7-30 days depending on the payment method? Your refund for sure was processed by us, but it looks like something on the Amazon side failed.

How you was not able to receive refund from Amazon? They have A-to-Z dispute program, and as well - you may open dispute at your bank. Instead of contacting them, to ask why you didn't receive refund, you came here and wrote negative? How this should being your money back?

Also, no real data given, so maybe it's another bot comment?

Bludiode is a real scam that enjoys torturing you

I ordered a Xiaomi 14 Ultra on March 28. It's been a nightmare until today. Their support is responding poorly with the minimum information to keep you patient. In May I got tired of it and asked to cancel my order. They kept me waiting purposely for a week to finally tell me the package has been shipped and we can't cancel anymore.
They specifically asked me to check the package before signing the reception and that if not everything is in the box I shouldn't accept it. Otherwise I would be fully responsible
Later after the package has already been shipped, they told me the opposite and that I should accept it no matter what.

I apparently received the package according to DHL but the package wasn't there. They didn't ring or knock on my door when they were supposed to request a signature according to Bludiode support. I asked DHL why there is no request for a signature and they said it's because bludiode didn't request for it. Bludiode support says DHL HK doesn't support this service. Today I confirmed with DHL HK that they do support the "direct signature service". Bludiode is lying to you all the time to make sure you pay and make you wait months.

In the end I don't know where my package is. I am still fighting to get my 1500 euros back.
Oh I paid for my phone to be shipped through US so that I wouldn't have to return it to China. They didn't do it.
I also paid for shipping insurance, that didn't seem to matter to Bludiode.
Don't buy from them, they are a scam.

Do not buy from this company.

Bought a phone for the company I work in for testind for nearly 1k on April the 4th, told 3/4 weeks delivery, nothing by May the 21st, after contacting them numerous times, I had had enough. I asked for a refund, they emailed back to confirm order canceled and refund. It is now the 7th of June and no refund, when paying it went through Amazon pay. Today they emailed me to say I have to got through Amazon, but obviously the phone was not bought on Amazon so they have no record, I genuinely have never come across such a mess of a transaction, or how it is being handled.
Luckily this if a company with a Legal department and they have taken over this, but a warning to you all, do not buy from this comapny.

Took a month extra for phone to arrive. But it saved me 200 euros on a new phone. Don't forget to add on import tax in calculating final spend.

Compré un teléfono zte nubia red magic 9 pro 16/512GB en la pagina bludiode por 801 euro al momento de comprar la fecha de entrega que parecía en la página era de 15 a 20 días máximo hice pedido el día 14/4/2024 y no hubo ninguna modificación ningún avance en la página hasta el día 14/5/2024 yo envié varios correos antes de este día pidiendo número de seguimiento pero nada no me lo dieron el día 2/5/2024 envié un correo pidiendo cancelar el pedido después de tres días me responden nos vamos a solicitar cancelación del pedido pero no estamos seguro para hacerlo yo vuelvo a enviar correo pidiendo cancelación del pedido el día 14/5/2024 en la página sale cancelación del pedido solicitado pero este mismo día recibo un correo pedido enviado con el número de seguimiento entonces escribo otro correo ya he solicitado cancelación desde el día 2/5/2024 también he comprado este teléfono en la tienda PowerPlanet por 879 euros y me entregaron en cuatro días entonces me envían correo pone tú pedido esta parado en aduanas abre este enlace para pagar 204,83 de aranceles e aduanas me envían otro correo diciendo si no pagas aranceles e aduanas tienes que pagar 200 euro devolución del pedido en este momento me siento estafado

I bought a zte nubia red magic 9 pro 16/512GB phone on the bludiode website for 801 euros. At the time of purchasing, the delivery date that appeared on the website was 15 to 20 days maximum. I placed the order on 4/14/2024 and it didn't work. There was no modification, no progress on the page until 5/14/2024. I sent several emails before this day asking for a tracking number but they didn't give me anything on 5/2/2024. I sent an email asking to cancel the order after Three days they respond to me. We are going to request cancellation of the order but we are not sure to do so. I send an email again requesting cancellation of the order on 5/14/2024. The page shows cancellation of the requested order but this same day I receive an email with the order sent. with the tracking number then I write another email I have already requested cancellation since 5/2/2024 I have also bought this phone in the PowerPlanet store for 879 euros and they delivered it to me in four days so they send me an email saying your order is stopped in customs Open this link to pay 204.83 in customs duties and send me another email saying if you don't pay customs duties you have to pay 200 euros to return the order at this time I feel scammed

Will not use again

Very very slow service, delivery time was 1 month, they took 2. Tracking your parcel from China wasn't very clear. And then we had to pay approx 90€ to clear customs before we even got the parcel. Will NOT use Bludiode. Again

We ordered and paid for a Xiaomi Fold…

We ordered and paid for a Xiaomi Fold phone in April 2023. Eventually it arrived but would not turn on or charge. After a lot of problems we returned it to the China office on was received on the 25 th December.
We are still being stalled and they will not return the money and we are still waiting for the working phone.

Update 14/05/24 We have just received the phone back which on trying it the phone turns on which it didn't do before, time will tell when I start to use it if everything is okay.
