My third premium phone
Basically I can say that all is well and the company is 100% reliable and try to take care of the customer. But it seems the orders are taking more and more time. 5 weeks, 7 weeks, now 8weeks +. If you can wait 1-2 months. This shop is highly recommendet. I saved roughly 800 euro.

Received full refund phone not available
I got refunded the phone money after it was communicated that there was a delay in the phone. It did take a long time to be advised that the phone will be dispatched after advised colour was not available. Following that I was told my order was cancelled and I had to put a dispute notice through ebay. I received my full refund of the phone cost after the dispute notice.

SCAM won’t even issue a refund
Was told several time that my package was on the way when it actually never was. 2 months after I ordered I was told they didn’t have the part to complete my phone! I asked for a refund and they said I couldn’t get one because I used PayPal. They actually received the money from my BANK. They kept telling me I had to call PayPal myself. 4 months later I still dont have any type of refund for my over $500 order I placed!!! They constantly lead me on to believe my phone was complete and waiting to be shipped. Then they told me several times it was shipped!!! Then when I asked for a refund they tried giving me a different phone that I did not want. When I said no please give me the refund they said they couldn’t issue me a refund because I paid through PayPal!!! They still have my friggin $500+ that I sent for this scam.
