Bluebell's Burrow Reviews

Extremely fast shipping and shipping from the store (chose courier delivery), all in sustainable packaging - lovely packed item too - highly recommend!

Beautiful, Small business, great ethos! They’ve always shown so much care in wrapping each one of my orders.

Received wrong order. Emailed Bluebell Burrow to explain. Immediate reply with explanation and assurance replacement in post and return label for return of wrong item. Excellent aftercare.

Really helpful with questions I had before ordering. Got back to my the same day which is amazing. My orders (yes there were multiple orders placed, because the product are stunning) arrived really quickly and were packaged in the most beautiful tissue paper. I can’t wait to gift what I ordered. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I accidentally ordered the same mouse twice. They were so helpful with my return and refunded fast.
I will certainly order again...

Good choice of toys.
Really fast delivery.
Very pleased with service as usual.

Bluebell's Burrow offers excellent value for high-end toys and has been my go-to for birthday and Christmas presents for my children since I discovered the store. I love the range of brands on offer and find the prices very reasonable for the quality and competitive with other retailers, even before the discounts available with the loyalty scheme. Parcels are always beautifully wrapped and arrive promptly. Bonnie is friendly and helpful and I love that she does pre-orders of Maileg so that I can get Christmas and Birthdays planned in advance and know that I will be kept fully informed of the changes in my order's status.

Amazing stock of Maileg. This is my go- to site for furnishing my ‘mouse-house’. Always quick deliveries and it is lovely to get the love hearts!

Amazing company! Have used several times & always such lovely service & a special treat popped in with our order too 💗 thank you so so much 💗 xxx

As a long time collector of Maileg mice it is lovely to have a local stockist, the website has grown and stocks most items that a collector could want. As a repeat customer I have always been happy with the prompt service and prices of the items. It is clear from the beautiful website and the care taken over the packaging that Bonnie loves the items that she sells. Bluebells Burrow is always my go to for Maileg mice and accessories.

Fabulous company to shop with, they carry a great range of lovely things, dispatched quickly, and packaged well. From a happy repeat customer, looking forward to many future purchases!

Wonderful company to purchase from with lovely items for sale and quick delivery, thank you!🥰

Received my Maileg Big brother deer, my first of the deer family, very promptly and beautifully wrapped.
Quick service & good communication. My go to site for all my Maileg purchases.

Fantastic service. Super speedy delivery. My little girl absolutely loved her maileg mice which she had for her birthday! I will definitely be buying from Bluebell’s Burrow again!

I have ordered from Bluebells Burrow a few times and never had an issue and never had to wait long for delivery. The first time I ordered Minikane dolls, Bonnie was able to answer any question I threw her way. She has also been helpful with Maileg sizes. Bonnie is knowledgeable about her products. I have never had an issue with ordering from Bluebells Burrow and will not hesitate to order again!

Good website, quick service nice people.
