I’ve been using Bluebird Care since I…

I’ve been using Bluebird Care since I was discharged from hospital following a stroke. The care I have received thus far has been excellent and all the carers have always been very kind, friendly and respectful. I always look forward to seeing them each morning. The admin team are always very accommodating to my needs and work around my schedule.

Happy to be working for Bluebird (Camden/Hampstead)

When I first rang Bluebird.(Camden/Hampstead)to enquire about becoming a carer.Gemma was the 1st person I spoke to.She was very polite,friendly & professional.I felt comfortable already.I went on to do the training with Aka who made the training interesting & also she was very polite,kind & welcoming,not forgetting all the other members of the Camden/ Hampstead team who are really nice,helpful & caring.Nothing is too much bother for them.I am so happy that I am a member of the Bluebird team now.I,ve
definitely made the right decision to become a carer for Bluebird.

Camden branch- very stressful experience

edit- they asked for more info..i gave it...head in the sand type people because no response. Also refund still hasn't come through. Camden branch- it's shocking to have received incorrect invoices which are very much in the company's favour. Overbilled - then getting them to sort it out has been a nightmare. It feels like they could not care less and struggle to provide an accurate bill. They say their billing software makes mistakes...but then apparently they don't think to fix these mistakes unless you keep contacting them.
I shudder to think how many have been affected by this. I am reporting them to Trading Standards. In addition, they violated GDPR and sent loads of my personal information to a complete stranger via email (who let me know this happens regularly) I'm also reporting this violation.
Don't even get me started on the care itself. The first woman they sent me was an absolute nightmare who was on her phone every possible minute and even when I commented on it she could not tear herself away from puppy videos on instagram. She said she knew how o cook yet left everything uncooked saying she did not know how to- oh and also left me with the mess and slunk out the door. She also asked very intrusive questions about my age and what surgery I'd had. Very inappropriate no common sense and lazy. I cannot tell you how stressed this made me, it was truly awful.
Eventually, I found someone pretty good (although she did damage my countertops as she used them to chop vegetables on!!??) but I'd never use this company again, instead of making life easier it made things so much more stressful.
