Bluebird Care is a truly outstanding company that goes above and beyond in every aspect of its service. What sets them apart is not just the high standard of care they provide to customers, but also the genuine respect and support they show to their staff.
The team is incredibly positive and welcoming. Staff are treated with kindness, fairness, and appreciation. Management are approachable and always willing to listen, offering support whenever it’s needed. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble & customers receive the best possible care.

We, as a family, have found it an uphill challenge to work with Bluebird Epsom Office staff I would not recommend
We, as a family, have found it an uphill challenge to work with Bluebird Epsom Office staff where the lack of integrity and sensitivity to my mothers requirements had failed in providing a trustworthy service. It appears monetary gain is worth more to the company than my mothers dementia needs and physical care. As such, we had lost complete trust and confidence in Bluebird Epsom's service. After giving notice, one carer remained disrespectful, dismissive and appeared to want to control the narrative of the session to the end, creating an atmosphere that my mother became aware off and this upset her. This put my mothers needs to one side and showed the lack of compassion and understanding of my mothers Dementia and the needs it requires. They then appeared unwilling to now do anything more than the minimum work in the session. We as a family were unaccepting of Bluebird Epsom's findings to our complaints, Their investigations’ appear to see things differently and did not align with what we as a family saw and knew. I would strongly advise to look elsewhere as I have now got a loving and caring company and do not regret leaving Bluebird Epsom, I wish I had done this earlier. The 2 stars are for the carers that did care, but I would not recomend you try and engage with the office staff as their imature approach causes emotional upset and there is no care and compasion shown to the carer (paying the high fees), living with a family member who has dementia and needs support and consistency for their loved one.

I started my journey with Bluebird care nearly a year ago and I have enjoyed every minute of it. The team are very friendly and welcoming. Bluebird care is a great company to work for and If you are looking for a career in care or require care for your loved ones I highly recommend us.

I am working for this branch for more than 3 years and I am very happy to be part of its team. All members of staff are very friendly and helpful. Bluebird really care about my mum
Bluebird really care about my mum, on countless occasions they beyond just day to day care . They know her as a person not a customer and it shows . She needed antibiotics recently and I was ill and when I rang them to explain I would be driving over to get them they were able to do it for me ..I was so grateful . I’ve never forgotten in the early days , mum had ready porridge sachets for breakfast , her carer arrived and said she wouldn’t do that …she would cook her proper porridge .
All her carers make her laugh every day and I have peace of mind . Thank you

Moment of crisis
In my recent experience, where we had to step up quickly to support my parent, who had taken a sudden downturn, Care is the value Bluebird demonstrated throughout the whole process from the assessment to implementation. Nothing was missed and a new level of support was quickly and seamlessly established.

I’m very happy working for Bluebird, from the start I was informed of all training , information and support I would need to become a carer . As it was completely new to me I was concerned. would I be a competent carer ? All my worries and concerns were met with support which gave me the confidence to become a carer and feel confident working with others . Anytime I have reservations I call the office ( many times ) ! And always have the information and support from the office staff I need .
