Professional and supportive team

Bluebird Carers visited my mother from November 2023 until she passed away in hospital in June 2025.
The carers were very professional. Always on time and well presented. They adapted well to her progressive health needs which could change week in week out.
They allowed her to maintain her independence, which was important to her, and based on her abilities on each visit. While also increasing and adapting their input accordingly.
The office staff were always helpful and friendly also.
In summary I felt my mother received excellent care from the team, while I ,as her sole carer and with my own personal and health challenges, also felt totally supported by the team.
I am so grateful to everyone.

Reassuring and kind

Bluebird Care are wonderful with my elderly Aunt. She is enjoying the daily interactions with her carers. They are flexible, kind and knowledgeable. Living far away, I feel reassured that she is being checked in on and I can also see how each visit went using their easy to install app. Communication has also been excellent from the main office. I am really pleased with the service provided.
