Very high quality of service
My parents finally recognised that they needed some care support in April 2024. Over the next 7 months (until they both moved into care in early December 2024) the care and assistance provided was very good.
Only one member of staff upset my parents, who was removed from their rota immediately upon request. All other staff members provided a high level of service, with two in particular providing outstanding service, going well above and beyond what they might otherwise be expected to do.
Yes, Bluebird might be more costly than others, but you get what you pay for...
