The period that my mum received care from this company was second to none. They always would keep us informed of any changes in her weekly schedule and all the staff were caring, friendly, polite and more importantly my mum was more than happy on how they looked after her. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for care for an elderly parent should make this company there first port of call.
We started with Blue Bird Norwich in December and are extremely happy with the care my mum is getting.
The carers are wonderful. Friendly, but very professional. They're all very patient and kind and very encouraging.
The office staff are easy to contact and very efficient in their responses to any queries.
We don't have any complaints at all.

My uncle has lovely ladies from Bluebird visit him four times a day- he calls them his lovely's - they are always so kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them . He likes to see different faces and had a lady from the office last week , which made him feel important. As a family knowing these carers go in on a regular basis no matter what has brough us all great comfort and has taken the stress and burden away from us . We visit him knowing we can spend time with him and not having to do jobs for him . They have recently started taking him shopping - which he enjoys not sure about the poor carer as he is a fusspot
