Leave Well Alone

I didn't actually want to give a negative review but someone has to speak out for Bluebird Carers.
Scarborough office of Bluebird doesn't get invoicing right, fail to forward Clients a schedule (that is changed on a daily basis) and doesn't pay renumeration correctly to thier Caregivers, month after month, always in the company's favour.
I was diagnosed with Cerebellar Atrophy in February 2023 and needed support. The support I received from Bluebird Carers was second to none but, having established a relationship with more than one Carer, things leak out.
They are NEVER paid correctly, they do a great job but this isn't recognised. I used to be a Caregiver myself so am well aware of how greedy Care firms are. That said, surely there must be a ground for common decency and respect for staff?
