Work experience

I worked for this company for 1 month they are a shocking employer, yes very polite and will support you for the first couple of weeks then boom they treat you like something you’ve trod in and work you to the bone. If you say you can’t do that shift they strip you of your work for that week. They are very unprofessional, I had a week off sick due to collapsing and now I’ve received my p45 without any discussion.
Within the month of working here I have put over £200 in my tank and put 1300 mile on the clock as the mileage between the calls are horrendous. They make sure you have at least an hour between your calls so they don’t have to pay you the mileage. The mileage you do actually get is nowhere near the amount you put in your tank.

I would not recommend this company to work for as it has made 5 carers quite poorly with stress, mental health and physical.

Wolverhampton branch is a no no from me

While we understand that this may have been your personal experience, it does not reflect the feedback we frequently receive from other staff members who find their roles fulfilling and feel well-supported by our team. Professional, Responsive & Friendly Care

Bluebird provided personal home care for my mum for nearly 12 months. During this time our experience was always one of professional care woven with friendliness and when times demanded it a very flexible and prompt response. Thank you :-)
