I really love the bubble tea concept! It’s simple, affordable, and definitely a great buy.

I spoke to a member of the team who guided us on what the best machine for our business would be, they were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, we purchased a soft serve. We were asked when we’d like our delivery so chose the date plus arranged for someone to come to our site to train us and staff of the running and cleaning of the machine the very next day, we had a phone call on the morning of delivery telling us a time slot which was helpful, we had a man come to train us which was great, and a follow up on how our machine was going and if we needed any additional help. I cannot fault This company, the machine is an absolute dream and super easy to maintain and clean. Great service, friendly and so helpful. Would highly recommend

Ordered parts to be delivered next day. Parts sent to wrong address. Couldn't change address for redelivery with delivery company as they need permission from sender. Contacted blue ice to explain and was greeted with the worst customer service I've experienced. Tried to explain the situation but they were not helpful and they ended up saying they were going to refund me my money. Terrible customer service for such a small issue as changing delivery address. Pathetic customer service. AVOID.

A side note.

I did not ask for a refund, they told me i was getting it refunded and that they were refusing to help any further, their exact words. I've now purchased a brand new machine from another company that was very helpful.

Pathetic! Called to confirm (on Thursday 6 march 2025) if I would receive the ice cream machine part the next day (on Friday 7 march) once I make the payment. Their rep’s answer was yes. I made the payment. Called them again to say I have made the payment from my end and to ask again can I expect to receive the part tomorrow? The same rep’s answer was, again, yes.
Believing them, I engaged the engineer to visit on Friday, who will bill me his call charges, for showing up.
Today, I called blue ice to follow up on tracking the parcel and on Friday they are telling me that it will be posted today because they were waiting that payment has been conformed by accounts or whatever. I said you committed Thursday posting and Friday receipt yesterday. The guy says no I didn’t.
They have the call recording. But the guy keeps lying. Quite confidently . What can you do?

Liam who’s always helpful and always giving time to me over the phone trying to collectively figure any issues from one of the equipments. I mainly deal with Liam but all other staff are always polite and helpful when needed. Always have engineers on hand when needed and service is brilliant.

ANOTHER bad review of this abysmal company. Spoke to a woman with an indecipherable accent who assure me I would receive an email quote for a machine service. Waited 24 hours before I called back asking who no email had been sent spoke to Liam Kelly who raised an invoice (and was paid on the spot) for a service for our machine with parts arriving by APC courier.
Not only did the courier arrive the courier a day later, the provisional booking was never confirmed and the engineer never showed up. DESPITE LIAM SAYING HE WILL GET THE APPOINTMENT IN THE DIARY

When I emailed on a Friday morning, email out of office advised the business was closed on Thursday and Friday. This is simply wrong on every level. No explanation why the company was closed and not even an out of office message. This is not a professional level of service.

Waited 3 more days until the machine was repaired on Monday morning. This meant an important event I was unable to service any hot drinks to press/media/sponsors. This was embarrassing for me and my team, unable to offer a hot drink - as a direct result of Liam's inability to arrange an appointment.

If you are thinking about buying or leasing a catering machine from this company DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR EFFORT. There are loads of alternative companies out there who offer a far better level of service.

Once again, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

25/11/24 - As a follow up, this company have asked me to remove this review. I will NOT remove this review. Despite whatever bribe you want to offer.

I'm calling out bad service for what it is. I cannot stand bad service. Especially when the service was over £400 plus parts for a machine which has very little use. I am operating a not for profit company community project and fed up of belligerent sales people running rough shot over our community ethics.

It has been 3 years since I have been using Blue Ice, purchasing multiple machines. Any issues I have ever had have been dealt with professionally and assisted my every need. I corresponded directly with Taylor and he has always gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs where met and even provided me with a replacement machine on an occasion to allow me to continue with my trade. Communication and customer support are to an exceptional standard with the quality of the product corresponding to that. I will continue to work with Blue Ice and Taylor as he has displayed that the company is one that provides a quality product and an exceptional service.

It is great customer service, Taylor Flanagan is very helpful. I would like to order again for our other branch

I have been dealing with blue ice company for the last more than 2 yeara.
The person deals us is Liam Kelly, Liam is such a gentle man and has got alot of patience and excellemt communication skills, experience and holds a firm knowledge in relation to his work.
I had arguments with him many times however he always listened me nicely and went beyond the limits and his jurisdictions to help me out. He always understand the hardships small businesses are going through and does his best to make the things easier and quicker for you in sorting out the issues and after sale services.
He is a very honest person and fulfills his commitments no matter how difficult it may be.
Liam Kelly is an asset to blueice company and what i think if any business have got the devoted employees like him they would never fail.

Taylor Flanagan is my main contact at Blue Ice who is very supportive to my business needs and can never do enough. Taylor will go over and beyond to help. Blue Ice have been instrumental helping the growth of my business in the past few years. Can’t recommend enough.
