Such crap company

Such crap company. Made couple of orders each about $1k, cancelled them on their own accord when my own bank didnt step in, called customer service, now I have to rebuy the items that I ordered even though they are the one who cancelled them? Talked to bunch of poorly trained rocks they call customer representatives, who were obviously useless and now I have to waste more time trying to buy the items that my credit company already allowed me to spend. Guess who still has no items even in transit? This girl.

Horrible customer policies

If UPS loses your package, they will not refund you. It says on their FAQ page they are NOT responsible for any parcels lost in transit. Kept my money and had not a single f to give.

Fradulent Charge!

I never heard of this company until finding a charge by them on my online banking statement! Great marketing if your goal is to repel future customers! No idea how I got SCAMMED!

Last two orders were wrong

Last two orders were wrong. The first order had nothing I ordered. It looked like they mislabeled box. Lucky person who got that order.
2nd order was incomplete. There was a glitch. I’m done with them.
DO NOT ORDER online with Bluemercury. Products are too expensive to have such shoddy fulfillment problems.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I spent 1.5 hours trying to return items at the store, but the staff was unhelpful. They couldn't locate my order, and I wasn't allowed to return the items at the store.

I almost didn't order from Bluemercury.com…

I almost didn't order from Bluemercury.com because of the HORRIBLE reviews on this website, but I took a gamble anyway, or at least I thought it was a gamble based on the terrible reviews. I guess if those reviews were legit???? Bluemercury.com has fixed any issues they may have had because I placed my $220. order yesterday and my items shipped today! I will come back tomorrow and complete my review but it appears the products I ordered are on the way! So far, I'm very impressed, Fingers Crossed I'm NOT wrong. I figure I have American Express behind me if anything happens! Until my products arrive...... MY products arrived today, I received them in 2 days! I received everything in perfect condition with 2 free deluxe samples! I will be ordering from Bluemercury.com AGAIN, as they are Terrific! Thank you, BlueMercury.com! Great Prices, Great Delivery! Bluemercury Calling My Purchase Fraud..Twice!

Good to know I'm not the only one this company accused of fraudulent purchases. I've been purchasing from Bluemercury for a few years now; spending approximately $500-$800 monthly.

We were running low on Rodial Rose Gold Moisturizer and Bee Venom. I ordered from Bluemercury the way I always had in the past. Seconds after completing the purchase, I recieved an email from Bluemercury informing me they detected fraud and canceled the order. I attempted the purchase a second time, same thing happened.

Moving forward, I immediately emailed Bluemercury a harsh cease and desist demand, instructing them to immediately close my account and remove all identifying information pertaing to me. I further instructed Bluemercury to never contact me by email, phone, etc,; regardless of their reason.

Bluemercury does not have a monopoly on this market. We do not buy, use or like Bluemercury products such as M-61, so we don't need to purchase our Rodial products via Bluemercury; we now purchase the products directly from Rodial...moving forward.

Very suspicious! I ordered for the first time and got canceled after giving all my information. This is their statement: Order was canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent and your payment has been voided.

They keep canceling my orders

They keep canceling my orders. This is the second time in a month my order has been canceled when I use my coupon. I am a loyal customer with a long ordering history. They say oh item is not in stock. It is and has been for months. Will never shop with them again.

BUYERS BEWARE

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ORDERING ONLINE. Just from reading reviews online, this is a common occurance and many people have not had their issues resolved and lost their hard earned money.

Order got repeatedly cancelled

As multiple buyers have reported below, I made 6 purchases of the same items with 3 different cards across multiple browsers for them ALL to be cancelled instantly by Bluemercury. On asking, they say 'Fraudulent charges'. What fraudulent charges? My bank confirmed all's clear at their end and it is the merchant cancelling the transaction. I was also told (like the other buyer who posted), to go to one of their physical stores to make a purchase. Like, really? I lost BlackFriday offers and cashbacks losing time repeatedly trying to place an order from their site, and failing. No other online merchant has this problem.

Multiple emails and calls to customer…

Multiple emails and calls to customer service regarding missing order. No resolution. I don’t have time to continuously call and email bluemercury. They have my money and my order has sat in “label created” status for over 2 weeks. Worst customer service experience ever.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!

I bought over $350. worth of product at Bluemercury in Edina Galleria. Got home and found the eyeshadows were crumbled. I called the store immediately and spoke with a rude Bluemercury employee who told me the only solution was for me to return the shadow for an exchange. I asked if they could just mail me a new eye shadow and they replied no.

Today, I brought the eyeshadow case back to the store with my receipt and again, I was met AGAIN with a rude pretentious Bluemercury employee. She told me that she could not help me because of the store policy that precludes them from replacing damaged product.

In the end I had to contact Trish McEvoy directly to get the replacement of what I purchased from Bluemercury. Will NEVER buy anything from them again.

WORSE online ordering experience EVER

I tried twice to purchase an e-gift card for a friend. Both times the order was approved and then canceled bc the company suspected the purchase was fraudulent. When I asked why I was not allowed to purchase the gift card, I was told that I did not have an online purchase history. I was also told if I wanted to get a gift card, I would have to contact a store and purchase a physical card. Hello Bluemercury, wake-up. If you read these reviews and care about your customers you would get someone who can handle online ordering AND customer service.

Had exceptional customer service from Carly S after there was a mistake in my SkinCeuticals order. I received the right product shortly after and the company made up for the mistake. I will definitely order from them again.

I purchased the Skinceuticals Vitamin C serum from Bluemercury and they sent me an expired bottle! I didn't pay $200 to receive an expired product. Be sure to check the expiration dates on your products!

Fast shipping, no problems

I was skeptical to order from here because of the 1 star complaints, but my experience was perfectly fine. I ordered a tube of sunscreen - placed the order on Monday and received the item on Thursday. The order was fulfilled and shipped quickly, and the free samples were an added bonus. Also received free standard shipping by signing up for the rewards program. Status was frequently updated via the Shop app. Absolutely no problems whatsover. Highly recommended.

Missing Dyson Airwrap

Update:
After speaking with customer service representative today they told me they confirmed with the warehouse that they put 2 Dysons and according to the UPS also confirmed that both items were in the box. As a result they are refusing to provide refund or replacement. Stay aware from this company and never order anything from them. This company is thieves!

I ordered two Dyson airwraps. When the package came, there was just one inside, however the invoice was stating there is two. I called customer service, and was told I will get an update in two days. Two days later I called them again, and they said they were able to confirm that they sent just one of them, and asked me if I want the replacement or refund. I asked for replacement, and was told I will receive the tracking number within 24 hours. Two days later, after not receiving anything I called them again asking why I haven’t received the tracking info yet, and the representative told me that they decided to open a claim with UPS which will take 8-15 business days. That’s just insane. Why didn’t they tell me initially anything about investigation, and said I will receive a new tracking info within 24 hours. Another thing which drove me crazy, when I asked them was the claim already filed, the representative said no I will do it now. Were they waiting for my call to proceed further with this case or they were hoping I will forget and won’t contact them about a missing item that costs $600. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid ordering anything from this company.
