Do NOT order from this company!!

Submitted an online order May 18, 2023 and as of today, June 24, 2023 it is still tracked through UPS as "Label Created". Three days AFTER the order it listed one of my items as "out of stock", so I called. The lady was confused, did not know if it was in stock, so I asked to cancel the order. She said she would, and it is still not cancelled. IF I ever get the items, I will immediately return them... they are a complete waste of time.

Lack of customer service

I don’t know why you have floor employees. They do not offer help at all. One of them is in her cell phone and not paying attention to customers. Others are talking between them. With this only a cashier is needed.

Bluemercury has the worst customer…

Bluemercury has the worst customer service. I've emailed multiple times requesting to be removed from their email list. I've unsubscribed via the link in their emails. Yet I was still receiving emails from them. Given their lack of communication and assistance, I just had to block them altogether.

I have never shopped at a Bluemercury store. They somehow managed to get my email. I will certainly never frequent this company given how poorly they handle requests.

If you don't want to be bombarded and spammed with emails from them, make sure to never give them your real email address. But then again, maybe that's how they ended up with mine because someone else didn't want to give their real email ...

Hopefully the block feature in my email works. I will be grateful to never see this company's name again.

I totally regretted that I didn’t check…

I totally regretted that I didn’t check out their reviews! I ordered 3 items, but only got two of them, and the most expensive one was missing but the invoice showed them all in the box. I was not panicked, thought it just might be a careless mistake. I sent the customer service twice emails so far, all got replies saying they’d get an agent to handle that, but nothing happened later on, no explanation or any other progress at all! Guess I’ll have to call them if there’s still no response! Horrible experience, dare not order from them again, too much stress……

Joining the chorus of frustrated…

Joining the chorus of frustrated on-line buyers. Absolutely horrible. I should have known better since this isn’t my first bad experience ordering with Bluemercury. Ordered three weeks ago and still not even an estimated delivery date available. And get this - I ordered 5 products and they are supposedly arriving in 4 separate shipments. In store not much better. Woodbury store staff turnover is high. Do not appear knowledgeable about products or just not interested in answering questions. The last few visits to store were disappointing. So poor on line ordering and in store experience = a lost customer. Goodbye Bluemercury.

didn't receive what I ordered twice in a one month period

I placed an online order with 2 day delivery in mid September.. then several weeks later I received a strange email that my order had been refunded. The customer service person I emailed with said there was a warehouse error that cancelled the order. So I ordered it again and this time I get the order.. but the product I ordered wasn't included and I only got the samples and was charged for tax. I won't be ordering from them again.

I placed an order for a gift and paid…

I placed an order for a gift and paid to have it sent for delivery overnight. My order was placed at approximately 1PM on a Wednesday. By Friday afternoon it had not been shipped and when I called customer service it still showed as “in process” to them. By Friday evening it had been shipped. I was hoping it would then be delivered Saturday because UPS is their carrier. Instead my information shows that it will be delivered on Monday, which is FIVE days later! How’s that for overnight service???

I don’t know why I didn’t check the…

I don’t know why I didn’t check the reviews for online ordering, but the horrible reviews are spot on… they don’t even bother starting to fill and ship the order for at least a week, then after I complain, refund notice is sent, but no explanation. Finally a box shows up with the free samples and a packing slip that has a tax fee for the total amount of what I ordered. Emails to customer service say that my order was canceled because of a “warehouse error”, but that the product I ordered had always been in stock and I was welcome to place another order for it! Worst customer service ever! Do not order from this company…

3 weeks since order was placed, still pending and no ETA for delivery

Placed an order in 9/21. The day my order was supposed to be delivered, I received an email stating “we’re running a little behind”. No ETA, not even an apology. It’s now been three weeks and still no update or confirmation. No ETA. Nothing. It’s just pending.

Helpdesk can’t (won’t) help. Each time I call I get hopeful there will be progress but then nothing. Today, I spent 30 minutes in the phone and the representative placed a new order for me. Then it was cancelled 10 minutes after we ended the call.

Still no ETA. No resolution.

Unhappy with this company like many others...

Like many others, I am also frustrated with my Bluemercury experience. I placed an order which included a gift for a friend. After two weeks with the order still unfulfilled, I had to cancel the order and scramble to buy a last minute gift. I called Bluemercury to cancel and the person I spoke with said no problem, and confirmed the order was cancelled. A few days later, I received an email saying the order had been shipped, and I checked my bank statement and I had been charged. I called Bluemercury again and they said they will fix the issue and refund my money. Not holding my breath...

This company has the worse customer…

This company has the worse customer service. I ordered a product and it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. A week went by still waiting. I inquired through email and got no response. I then had to call and was told that they are very busy and experienced delay. I asked for credit and still have not heard back. DO NOT buy from them!!!

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! You pay for expedited or overnight shipping and your items never send. Kallia just gives poor excuses. Blue Mercury has gone way down hill!! Zero customer service!!! And i still dont know when i will get my items. I smell a class action law suit

Don't order Online

I'm a recurring customer who has spent a lot at this store. This is the thrid order in 6-months that has not been shipped in a timely manner. The offer was overnight and it's been three weeks.

I have been asking for a supervisor to…

I have been asking for a supervisor to call me back for a month now because either the warehouse sends incomplete orders or cancels the order after 10 days. This has been going on for almost 3 months and they have even told me they will call the warehouse before placing another order and call me back and nothing happens until I have to call customer service again. The representatives are BEYOND obnoxious and one is ruder than the last one.

I went into the store to see if they could assist and unfortunately the stores are facing even bigger issues now that there is a new CEO who doesn’t care about customer service.

Customer Service is severely lacking in communication

My wife submitted an order on-line and was waiting 4 days on a product that supposedly had 2 day shipping. She Contacted Customer Service (CS) and they said there were delays due to staffing in the warehouse. She would receive an email when shipped. She called back two days later as nothing was received nor an email. Requested a response, nothing. 8 days later a message saying the order was cancelled due to unknown circumstances. She called CS and they indicated the order was cancelled because they didn't have the products ordered. Why wasn't she notified immediately in the first place. She could have ordered elsewhere and already received it. Extremely poor Customer Service. She will never order through them again.

The product offerings are great if your…

The product offerings are great if your store carries the items, but online ordering is horrendous. It takes orders forever to ship and I've gotten the wrong items on 3 out of 5 orders. I would shop here so much more if I could get my orders. They often don't respond to emails as well. When I call the person is always very nice, but I need my order.

HORRIBLE!!

HORRIBLE!!! Every time I place an order with blue mercury, something goes wrong. It’s takes forever to receive my orders and I don’t think I’m getting the real products, probably knock-offs. Their customer service reps are rude and not helpful. Buyer beware!

I spent two days trying to purchase a gift card on line and was not able to because there was some kind of fraud flag with my name or email or credit cards or pay pal. I spoke to people at customer service and offered to do a transaction over the phone. They said it just was not possible and referred me to the Hoboken store, so the gift card could be picked up by the recipient. After speaking to someone in Hoboken I was told they would get back to me with a solution. The call was returned 4 hours later with a voicemail that said, sorry we can't help you. You need to come to the store to purchase a gift card. Come on company, get your act together and figure out how to transact business. Ridiculous!!

Started shopping at Bluemercury in December 2021 since then I have gone back for numerous purchases as well as I even got a facial in what is four months time I had spent over $600 and received a $20 rewards when I redeemed my rewards I purchased two products both of them exceeding the price of my rewards the product was unused and clearly in sellable condition it was discounted and I was only given a small portion in return I don’t think that’s fair when the other product doubled the rewards in cost
