Customer service issue

I bought an item from them more few weeks ago and never heard of it. I received an email notifying me that it has been shipped, but on the UPS website they haven't received any package, and it has been a week now. I understand that the current Covid situation is impacting the logistic, but I shopped on other beauty platform af the same time I placed my order with Bluemercury, and the difference is that they kept updating on my order and I ended up getting my order even though it was with delays.
I tried to contact Bluemercury through email, got no answer and the worst is that they closed my case. Tried to call too, after a long wait, the call would end by itself.
And guess what? I got charged for my item!

Terrible online store

Terrible online store. They always have a promotion for 2 days shipping but it's just scam! I've called customer service, they didn't know what happened, they couldn't talk to their supervisor and the only option was to cancel the order after 3 days of ordering!!
