Had to pay in euro's

Had to pay in euro's, while it gave the exchange rate in pounds what it was estimated as was not the final amount that had to be paid, it was more than quoted, we have stayed at this hotel before and we have been satisfied with the service provided, when paying to stay at this hotel it should be clear exactly how much a room costs and not put extra on at the end of booking.

Hotel visits

Hotel visits, we have stayed at the hotel over the past 5 years, it is highly recommended for the excellent service, the quality of the food and for its central location.
Looking forward to seeing you again in May 2020.

Torremolinos December

Beer served in small glasses. Rooms very dated. Music and entertainment awful. Should have tea & coffee making facilities in room. Air con off in December had to have patio doors open so woken up early by bin men. Food ok. Will not be back .

A welcoming friendly place to stay adjoining promenade.

Lovely helpful staff who always try to give us the apartment we want and solve any problems without delay. Gate immediately on to the prom which is a great asset to the site. Everywhere spotlessly clean
even though the apartments are dated. Very quiet at night. Keep going back as we like it so much.

Reservation cancelled

Very bad communication with the Hotel. They rarely anwser phones or E-Mails. They do not introduce themselves on the phone or sign their emails. So you do not know to whom you are talking to.

There was a problem with my Credit card and I tried to arrange a payment through a bank. But I was unable to communicate that with their personnal. Indeed very poor language skills. I had to cancel my reservation.

Excellent all round hotel

Stayed at Lagos De Cesar. Outstanding hotel. Food was plentiful and a great choice. Some of it could have been slightly hotter but didn't stop us from eating it. Drinks were great. Usual local spirits for all inclusive. Staff were outstanding (especially Nuria). All around and excellent hotel. Have booked again for next year
