The properties they recommend usually seem a little on the pricey side for the given property type and the suburb, but only time will tell how this premium translates into capital growth performance. Overall the research and insights I get from Blue Wealth as a property investor helps me achieve my goals, and with their help the process of stepping into the daunting world of property investment has been very smooth sailing so far.
