Great organisation. Helpful and friendly staff who are responsive in a timely manner. Up-to-date technology with respect to client portals as well as the added value of a depreciation schedule and facilitation of property management. Unfortunately, we are all interested in results and in the case of my one property purchased through Blueweath, the ratings given did not reflect the reality of what eventuated. My property took twice as long as promised to reach completion, it has actually gone down in value since I paid my initial deposit (three years) and finally, it is anything but cashflow positive- it's not even neutral. I don't want to be unfair as Tony and the whole organisation are wonderful but those are my actual results with Bluewealth.

Over the last couple of years, I have been working with Bluewealth both professionally, as a business partner, and personally, as an investor. So-called investment research houses typically, tend to base their research solely on RP Data information or other public information sources. They tend not to adapt the approach of physically seeing the area prior to 'approving' a project within the area. Some, in my view also have extreme conflict of interests with developers, and tend to sell their own stock with their back pocket in mind, not the investor. This is an inadequate and unethical approach. Bluewealth on the other hand, adapt the complete opposite approach. Their research is extremely thorough and widely sourced and they aren't influenced by developers. They are simply a business of complete integrity. They also adopt the family approach, meaning, everyone is a part of them, and their success story. This is extremely satisfying both as a client, and a business partner. It provides me with a sense of value. Bluewealth have assisted me meet both my personal and financial goals. Words cannot describe how thankful I am. Couldn't recommend them enough.
