I have tried a few times to find out the lighting certification standards for three sconces I purchased. Bo-Ha claims they are certified for every country however there are no stickers or specific accreditations that are obvious on the items. No licensed electrician will install lights without a safety standard approval.

Would love for someone to call me back or write to me about the safety of installing Bo-Ha lights. A website claiming they are OK to use is not enough for a certified professional electrician. Need to know is it UHL, UHLC, ETL, or CSA approved?

They never sent my merchandise, it’s been a month, don’t answer the phone, fraudulent company

Customer service horrible, they do not respond on my emails, I refunded my order more than a 6 months ago and never received a refund. They kept the money and their product.

I have cancelled the order within 2 (!) hours - no reply and after 3 days I got the reply that they had already sent the item. I got it after 2 weeks and I immediately sent it back - 3 weeks ago - no replies and no money back…the quality of the product - horrible, this company is a scammer!

Don’t believe them when they say 30 day easy returns. I have been trying for almost two months to get a refund. They don’t reply to your emails and don’t follow through with what they say.

Also Their lighting certification is not recognized by the NEC and CEC for north america. You can find the exact lights on Ali express for a fraction of the cost.

DO NOT BUY - SHAMEFUL PRODUCTS .. They have scammed my money but I always suggest u use pay pal to do online purchases in that if we have issues they will go have ur dispute settled and have never had issue getting my money back - they don’t reply but def can take ur sales and lure u in with discounts and I so regret not checking reviews - lesson learnt - all these other reviews must be fake with any positive outcomes .. they have done all the same moves as per other reviews - I refuse to send back what really came from asia and not usa and disputing my full refund as these cheap illegal to install lights are worth going into bin .. TOTAL SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They will ghost if you ask for a refund. We asked to return 2 wall lamps that are not compliant (cannot install on electrical box which makes them a fire hazard), we never heard back. We thought that the quality would match the price but it is grossly overpriced for the poor quality products they sell. Buy elsewhere.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. Customer service is non existent. The light I ordered was not the size listed on their site. When I requested a refund I was ghosted. Reading other reviews I’m actually not sure I’d get my money back even if I could get the refund process going. This is not a trusted company, do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.

Very disappointed in the follow up service of BoHa. They alert you to a decently extended shipping time - fine - but then it extends beyond that and when you politely enquire as to progress, their response (likely AI) says nothing, tells me nothing, no actual answer to my actual query. Platitudes and AI at its best. Zero stars .

I would expect some detail in the response such as your package is here, and we will get it to you in x days. Not a bland copy and paste generic reply like this that shows zero customer service or respect for a currently lengthy delay in delivering the items I have paid for .

Also - the items I did receive (large order) - quality was fairly poor (glass had issues, bubbles etc) and more importantly as a few imperfections doesn't worry me overly - was the abhorrent packaging. Full of styrofoam like we were still in the fluorocarbon heavy eighties. Yes, there's glass in the package but there are 100% more enviro friendly packaging options these days. Even crumpled recycled brown paper would protect as much. Zero stars.

Will not be using BoHa again.

EDIT - more than a month and a half later , products have still not turned up, and no one answers any communication trying to track down the products I paid good money for. Bo Ha most certainly a sham. Do not use!!!

We acquired four black Leif lounge chairs from BO-HA this summer. They're superbly constructed, offering both comfort and style in our outdoor space. Impressively, the chairs were packaged securely, arriving in flawless condition with hardly any plastic involved in the packaging—a detail I greatly appreciate. Many thanks to BO-HA!

The vases I purchased were a gift for a family member and were sent directly to them, but I've seen them and they truly are beautiful, and the recipient is thrilled with them. They were dispatched very quickly and delivered shortly after.

I brought a faucet, and it is of outstanding quality, just as I anticipated.Will last me a lifetime, in my opinion. The online ordering process was easy, but I later changed my mind and exchanged for another color this was not a problem. thank you

We bought the Amba pendant lights for our kitchen island and we are so so happy with them. Oscar from customer service was great help with all our additional questions prior to purchase. Would recommend

After writing my last review of this company about them not responding to a request for a return Oscar contacted me and refunded my money for a broken fixture. I also emailed him back asking to return the other sconces I purchased from them because they are not UL listed and my electrician refuses to install them. He initially said they would be glad to take them back but when I asked him to actually refund the money he ghosted me and now refuses to respond to my emails. I would highly recommend not buying their lighting fixtures as the ones I received in , were of very poor quality, and were obviously mfg, in China. I have spent way too much time trying to get a response from their company.
