Excellent service from Boatworld again this week.
I purchased my boat from these guys in 2024, turned up to the showroom not knowing what I wanted to purchase, armed with a list of specifications and the team advised me on which boats would suit my requirements and let me decide with no pressure.
I'm currently readying my boat for a trip on the caledonian canal and purchased some accessories with help from Hannah on customer service, the experience was immaculate and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a little trolley for my inflatable, which arrived promptly. Unfortunately, on unpacking, one of the removable pins in the kit was faulty, so I contacted the Boatworld support. I ordered the short shaft eLite 500 outboard and received the long shaft version. This was a mistake from the supplier, not Boatworld. Boatworld surprised me nicely with first class customer service. The phone is picked up promptly and you are helped by nice people. They sorted it out, no fuss. I had to wait a little while for new stock but they kept me updated. All sorted now. Recommend.

I’ve read the reviews left by people and am no way arguing or disputing there experiences , but I bought a 330 SL inflatable from boat world via Amazon uk , I think the boat is great I’ve fitted a 6hp Hangkai 2stroke outboard to it again purchased from Amazon uk for the brilliant price of £228 (Bargain) they both work great together, I live in the isle of Anglesey and dude the 330 SL weekly to sea fish , I’ve nothing but praise for the product it’s sturdy feels very safe on the Irish Sea , I throw it in the boot of the car go down to the beach it takes-five minutes to inflate then I’m out fishing . Brilliant so far with no issues dies 15mph with the Hangkai motor , which doesn’t miss a beat , the boat came in 48 hours , I got rid of the skated floor as it was heavy with that and put a full plywood 9mm floor in it . Don’t really know where to start there service has been so bad.
I ruptured my Achilles and have been unable to fish from the bank for long periods. So my wife for my birthday got me one of there 380 air deck boats so I could fish dewent water seated.
The boat arrived after two days.
The following Sunday I had a bit of time so I blew it up on a old bedroom carpet and fitted it out with rod holders and launch wheels. We have a large shed so the boat was under cover. By the Wednesday I noticed the boat had deflated on one of the floor tubes. I emailed them and the MD said it was probably the valve. Which was slightly true there was a slight bit of air coming from the side of the valve. I tightened it up until the bubbles stopped and re filled the tube.
The following day the tube was flat again. So I filled it back up and put some water and washing up liquid in a bottle and started to check the seams and any other possible causes. I’d not been looking round long when I found 3-4 deep marks on the underside of the deck on the rubbing / keel strip. I squirted round the damage and sure enough there was a hole next to the damage.
I emailed them back with a video of the leek and damage. The MD said that the footage was not good enough. So I sent more video and a photo. The MD said agin that she could not see from the footage and for us to pack it up return and they would repaire. So I took a better look at the boat , there were marks on the transom where a engine had been fitted prior there was another deep mark on the upper side of the deck.

This was a New item that obviously has been used as a demo at some point. That boat world are passing of as new. The only offer they made to me was a repair. There so called 30 day no hassle return looks pretty much none existent.
I had seen some of there boats on youtube and plan to contact some of the channels with the photos and video maybe even invite them to look at the boat and emails from BoatWorld.
It is pointless me sending the boat back to them for them to just patch it and send it back, I might as well do that myself and save the hassle packing & posting.
I hope this post at least alerts you to the difficult attitude of the MD that only seems to be interested in selling. Instead of costumer care.
I honestly thought this would not have been a problem for boat world , sending back to manufacturers and supplying what we had purchased in good faith.
So basically I have not taken there rubbish offer of repair to alert any would be buyers to stay well away. If I can save someone from the experience I have had it’s been well worth telling my story.
Great price and easy to order. Had a small issue (not necessarily their fault) but Daniel sorted quickly and without fuss. Will definitely buy from them again
I Bought an Boatworld Airdeck 320 and Honda BF6 engine. The engine is fine and I would leave a better review for the boat but for an issue with the seat. When I showed them pictures and videos they finally asked me to return the seat. The result was they sent 2 identical seats with the same poor design in my opinion. They are not interested in solving the issue they just want rid of however is raising a problem. Really poor communication. Also manual provided with the boat, when I asked for one they sent one for the boat size above and below because no manual exists for the boat I bought. The required pressures on the valve and manual contradict themselves. They advertise in there broacher the Honda 6hp as a twin, this is wrong. The didn't stamp both pages of the engine owners documents. I'd do my best to avoid there own products and buy elsewhere in future.
I bought a Boatworld Airdeck 320 and digital pressure gauge. The delivery was quick considering we are classed as remote, but it was £66 for delivery. The boat is great and I wrote a 5* review which was accepted on to their website. The digital gauge didn't work for the boat even though they claimed it would. They did accept it back for a refund. I had to chase for the refund but have received it after a week's delay. The review I wrote for the gauge was a 1* and has not been accepted on to their website. So you can get good kit and good service from these guys but poor reviews won't appear on their site.
