Appalling. Similar to others - waited for one week after delivery dispatched email. Chased them, never got a reply. After one week received wrong item of inferior quality, complained, never got a reply. Avoid by all means.

Ordered item 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived, despite receiving an email the next day confirming it'd been dispatched. No response to email or phone calls (gets directed to voicemail).

For anyone reading this, please avoid this company like the plague. You will regret doing business with them.

Placed order on 5th May recieved email saying it had been dispatched. After 10 days I tried to contact them by phone, not answered on numerous occasions an their quick message system on their site, they never responded. the order finally arrived on 1st June. The goods delivered were not what I had ordered. They were the same make but a different style and soo the price was £5 less than I had paid for the ones I wanted. Left in limvo so far as I do not trust the company to deal with this efficiently and do not see why I should have to pay the return postage either. I am still pusuing this.

Ordered a gift for my wife but received a Tasmanian devil men's tie it must have been a mistake.The tie was covered in what can only be described as white stuff, I wore the tie and said it's okay my Dear they are a professional business they have a web site and everything

Placed an order on 20th April and guess what? I've not received the order! I wished I had seen all the reviews before I placed my order with this scam of a company!! No reply to emails. So claiming money back via PayPal

I ordered 3 pots of wax 20 days ago
I had an email saying they were dispatched and they never arrived. I have emailed, sent questions ok their email form and run both numbers multiple times and have had absolutely no response. I will be going to the bank today to report and try and claim my money back from this so called company. Absolutely shocking.

Ordered 2 new ankle supports nearly 2 weeks ago. Next day had email saying sent out for delivery.... left it a week and called. I was then told they had been sent but they would send another 2!!! I questioned why they would send another 2 without question??? B******T. I was told they would be sent with a courier but yet again didn’t arrive. Called again today and was told they were definitely going be delivered today!!!! Guess what??? Still waiting. If they’re not received by tomorrow I’ll take up with my credit card company, not wasting anymore time on these jokers.

Purchased sunbed lotion Go to black Great price super quick delivery very well packaged . After purchasing I did read some very negative reviews which did get me worried but I'm glad to say I had nothing to worry about .. will defo be using body 360 again and would recommend seller .

My son was sent the wrong size knee wraps. I sent them back for a replacement pair which never turned up.E mailed since but no reply. Telephone number doesn't work.

Ordered shorts that were more expensive with padding and have been sent to me a week after ordering without padding. Wont be using this site again.

Made an order a couple of weeks ago and have still not received the order.

As in other reviews, no answer when calling and it's pretty strange why this is. Don't understand exactly what's going on, maybe the company can shape up in time otherwise better to close down as this kind of customer service cannot last long one would think.

Due to the terrible reviews which i didnt read till after i had had made my purchases, i had no doubt that i had lost my money...
I received an excellent service, item delivered within 3 days, free of charge! Will be ordering from here again.

Goods not received and they are not replying to emails. Luckily I ordered via PayPal and EBay so that are now seeking a refund from the company. This will be automatically refunded back into my account. Don’t use this company. It is a scam!!!!

I ordered an item for Christmas, when it hadn’t arrived I tried to contact the company but I’ve had no response. I’ve phoned, emailed and posted on their website several times. Looking at the other reviews they are clearly thieves and should not be in business. Let’s hope this company goes busy very soon as it’s an absolute disgrace.

I can't believe I actually took a punt on these guys after reading the reviews on here but the price was tempting for the items I wanted.

Summary
- late delivery, 1month after the order date and mysteriously 5 days after my first email of complaint cancelling the order. They claim to offer same day dispatch!
- wrong items received
- items returned, proof of posting emailed
- no refund received
- no reply to any correspondence via email or the website online form
- no answer on the phone number
I am about to pursue through my credit card company but can't use Section 75 rule as order only £30 so am attempting chargeback.

Look at their delivery and returns policy page on the website and compare to any reputable site and you will see the difference.

I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews for this company prior to using them for the first time, not something I normally do. I ordered goods on the 14/12, received an email 16/12 to say goods have been dispatched, as with a number of people on here I haven't received any goods. They either have an inefficient warehouse at best or are a bunch of con artists at worst, the latter being what I think they are. I chased via email after Christmas, no response, rang a couple of days later, the first call was answered unprofessionally and the phone was put down on me. Rang again shortly after and managed to speak to someone who agreed to refund me, I didn't hold my breath due to reviews on this site but surprising to me I got my money back. There are too many bad reviews on here with similar issues, I would recommend to all to go elsewhere!

Be careful with this company when buying from them. Always use PayPal just in case. I ordered twice from them and each time they delayed my shipment until I contacted PayPal and asking for a refund escalating the case. I received my goods 2 weeks later when ordering first and now it happened again. Ordered goods on the 2 January and still have not received my goods 6 days later. Phones and e-mails are unanswered and only after contacting PayPal I received some correspondence that my goods will be shipped soon. Not good enough in my opinion, especially when they stated goods will be shipped free next day when ordering before 2PM. Totally unacceptable. You be warned!

Be aware !!!!! I order a product from this company end of nov 2017 it was a Christmas present for my son . I live in Ireland . Have not recieved my order and can not get in contact with anyone from this company . Have sent lots of emails to the company and they have not replied to me . Awful . Never again !
