Do not order from this company. Ordered an item which arrived and wrong size and colour, could not contact via their numbers or email so returned the item in good faith. No acknowledgement of receipt of returned item nor refund. Will be taking to small claims court if i dont receive my refund soon.

I ordered a basketball on 8 Dec, I waited and waited and it was getting closer to Christmas so I called both the numbers and got voicemail everytime and I left a few messages, I then went online and left messages there. I then started to search their website and under About Us was a different number and I did get through to a female who said they would send out another one, but I didn't hear anything so I found an email address in the confirmation email from them and I sent one saying I was contacting PayPal who I paid through. I did this and the next thing I got two confirmations but then I got an email saying they would refund me, it took a few days but I got my money back. I then ordered through Amazon and it arrived before Christmas. I do think this company are sharks and would never use them ever again but if anyone else uses them please pay through PayPal as they can help to get a refund.

I received an email to say that my item was 'dispatched' on 4th December. I still have not received the item and have not had any response to my emails/calls. I therefore would not recommend buying from this company!

I ordered on 19th December approx 10am + paid £9.95 for special delivery. I received an email after 2pm saying my order had been dispatched.
It has not arrived.
I have tried calling. No answer and no return calls in response to my voicemails. I tried using their contact form several times. No response.
Very disappointing. Especially for my daughter for whom the order was a gift.
Having read the other reviews now I do not expect to receive anything and wish I had not ordered with this company.
I will write to demand a refund for the item and postage. They are a UK registered company so I will be able to get my money back by filling in and submitting a small claims court form if they ignore me (as suggested in other recent reviews)

don't know how to get my money back but will. I wrote something pretty nasty in anger, but have now amended it as I don't want to stoop to their level. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I would have read the comments on Trustpilot before being lured to purchase from them. I ordered a black/grey running belt and received a black/yellow one in stead. I tried to contact Body360 via phone and email and received no response. I opened a dispute via Paypal and Body360 promised to send me the correct item and a a prepaid return envelope for the wrong item. Ten days later and I still have not received what i was promised, and again no communications with the seller.

Item has not arrived and they will not answer the phone or emails. I am reporting them to trading standards although it won’t do me any good. Do not use this company, l have obviously lost my money and they are a waste of space.

Ordered a cricket ball - KOOKABURRA COUNTY STAR HAND STITCHED WAXED 3 LAYER CRICKET BALL ADULTS
Though the image is a red ball they sent a white one; also not a 'County Star' as per the item description.
I've contacted them and will wait to hear back but looking at the reviews doesn't look like much will happen.
If they resolve it then I shall update this review accordingly.
Update: (17/11/17 - 10 days after initial review):
So I've tried to contact them, multiple emails too but they have ignored them all. You get no response from this company whatsoever. Very Dodgy.

AVOID AVOID Shocking experience AVOID THIS COMPANY. No feedback or updates on where my item is I ordered on the 2nd October and it is now the 20th October, no order updates or any phonecalls to say your order has been delayed. I am today making the 4th phonecall to ask where my item is. They really do not know what they are doing. Nice website - SHOCKING SERVICE.

I ordered an item in October 2016 and was advised by Body360 that they hadn't received payment, which was not the case, so I subsequently chased for a couple of months to no avail. Twelve months later I still haven't received my purchase. I've called a total of 27x in the last 24 hours alone and only once was the phone picked up. I forwarded a copy of my order, payment confirmation and account statement to the gentleman that I managed to speak with, showing clearly that I had paid almost a year ago and I was advised that he would get back to me within the hour. We're a day on, emails aren't being replied to, calls aren't being picked up and no call back or update has been received as I was promised. I purchased a McDavid shoulder brace. If you have a bad experience I would recommend contacting the manufacturers, in hope of them pulling their products from this retailer.

I bought wax kit on 1.10.17 and email said it's been dispatched on 2.10.17 and iv still not received it emailed 3 time and no one has got bk to me

very poor customer service. I contacted them, through Facebook as they haven't replied to my email, in April for an issue with a compression short which was clearly faulty that I bought on their site. They replied that they have contacted the manufacturer and will update me as soon as possible. Almost 5 months later, no update received, no news at all, still with my faulty and impossible to use,... I've tried to contact them again and again on Facebook and they have now blocked me...

Ordered cricket batting gloves for my daughter. The order was confirmed and I had an email to say it had been dispatched. Waited a week before attempting to contact the company only to have my email returned because their in box was full! So I phoned them and was put on hold while the guy I spoke to contacted the warehouse. When he came back he told me that the person who deals with tracking orders was at lunch - at 11.50am. He then checked the number he had on record for me and said he would phone me back. I phoned them 3 hours later as they hadn't got back to me and left a message. The next thing I knew was that I'd received a refund through Paypal for the whole of my order. Clearly they didn't have the stock to fulfil the order. Complete waste of time.

Totally dishonest and disgusting service
sent me a damaged pair of shorts so i returned them and now they say
they did not get them back even though i have a letter from royal mail
stating day date time sat nav position of the van etc etc
ebay and paypal have been no help either here so i have lost the money
AVOID AT ALL COST as most of the reiviews are saying a total scam company.
just got my money back 2 months on after loads of hassle and no help from the seller, PLEASE AVOID.

Ordered a item that was out of stock, was called by customer service team to see if i would accept an alternative colour. Very friendly and helpful staff
