Item came a day after predicted delivery date but other than that item in great condition. Will use this company again again

Always fast delivery from this company. Recomended to all my salon friends too. Never had any problems.

Goods arrived ten days after the alleged date of dispatch. But at least they arrived. Communication after initial purchase was very poor and I could not get an answer to emails or calls on either number provided.

Ordered an item, which arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, they had dispatched the wrong item. I emailed them twice and have got no response. Have tried to call but no-one answers the phone.
Don't think I will get my money back for the return postage or get the original item. They have refunded the money for the returned item.
I recommend avoiding this company.

I have been buying products from this company for around 6 months now and have never once had a problem. Items always arrive on time and the quality of the products is always great! Would deffo recommend.

When I ordered from this company for the first time it was bad , however now In 2017 they have made a massive improvement and all my products which I ordered from the website , arrive on time or Earlier and i receive all my products which I ordered . People honestly this company has taken bad feedbacks from customers such as myself previously , and have now made a massive improvement from last year when I ordered. Definelty gonna be shopping from this website from now on .

Ordered an item, which arrived a few days later. Unfortunately, they had dispatched the wrong item. I emailed them, and got a fairly prompt response, which said they would send the correct item, but only after I returned the first item. I returned the item at my own expense immediately, then they stopped responding to emails. I do not think they are dishonest, just incompetent. I still do not have the item I ordered. I recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered from this website on the 06/04/16 now its 26/05 and the parcel did not arrive.
I sent them many emails and never received any replay.

I ordered an item before Christmas costing £25 and paid postage but never received the good. I received an email saying it was dispatched but it had no tracking details included as the tracking spaces were left blank in the email so I suspect they were not dispatched at all.
How come this company is allowed to trade?

I telephoned their number and left a message but heard no reply. I sent an email but received no reply. This appalling customer service, avoid at all cost.

I learned to try contacting these companies before placing an order.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I - THIS COMPANY STEELS YOUR MONEY!

Goods never arrived and they have not replied to any of the three Emails I have sent to them.I opened a dispute with Paypal and they have not replied to that either.

At the beginning of February, I bought a pair of Hilly monoskin marathon merino wool socks that proved to be too small and not consistent with the supposed size range. The same month I bought a larger pair that were ok, though in theory they should have been too big. For about 6 weeks I have been politely requesting a refund for the first pair which they agreed I could return. I took the precaution of getting a Proof of Posting but even with that they say 'the warehouse can't find them'. Trying to get £6.85 from this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone. The service and attitude are appalling, I won't buy from them again. This nonsense has been going on for over two months.

Sent two emails that weren't replied to and had to phone three times to get a refund... unnecessary hassle, would not use again.
