Ordered from these told them I was going away for a good while so needed a few bits from these still want here after a week said he 3 days no way of contact them wen I finally did told them to cancel as I go away and got from somewhere else then sent it a week after if ne going away I wound t mind wen I checked there address they live 3 miles from me wen it came was wrong stuff too useless

I ordered some whey protein that was open in February, I have a £98.99 gift card I can't use ,I've spent months trying to ring them, the phone is engaged 24 7,I've got no option but to come to Trafford Park and report them to the relevant regulator. I'll pour the bleeding whey protein all over the car park.
These moorons will rip you off and they send you open damaged stock.do not go there with these d!ckheads

Has to be the crappiest company for customer service. Live chat cuts off, land line constantly engaged, the links provided for customer service takes you to a page saying this link does not exist. Basically you have more chance of spotting a Yeti in Homebargains, than you have getting a problem resolved by bodybuilding warehouse's customer service team. That's if customer service exists. I had no joy over 5 days and never got to speak to anyone as you just cant get through to anyone. My bank will sort it out though.

THEY SELL CLEARLY OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS THAT WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOU OVER TIME!!! I purchased an order from them & they did all they could to try &
get me to buy more and then send me strings of offers afterwards (to which I declined). I finally received the order which was very poorly packed with no protection inside whatsoever! There were two boxes of Protein Bars inside and I luckily read the BBD (Best Before Date) to read that it was made back in 2023 and has to be used by 02/2025. It was 05/2025 (May 2025) when I ordered therefore these are clearly out of date. I contacted them through their ‘Live Chat’ and spoke to ‘Sherin’. After explaining the situation to her and uploading all of the pictures she then told me that this is completely fine and that products are sold by them up to 6 months after the Best Before Date/End!!! This is completely unacceptable and will cause damage to people’s bodies over time. I am now in the process of reporting this to Trading Standards so that something can be done to stop other people having to face this.

Useless business to deal with.
First order was shipped and received (Very late) with the container opened and goods spoiled. After weeks I received a refund through PayPal.

Fast forward two years and I've stupidly decided to give them another chance. It's been a week and my item hasn't even shipped. Both times I've paid for next day delivery... God knows if it's going to even turn up at all... AVOID !!

Cannot understand why they are allowed to trade. Took my money and sent nothing. No customer service at all.
Next step trading standards.
They need prosecuting. All these bad reviews speak for themselves.

They never honoured the 40% off sale and checked me out automatically before I was allowed to apply it.
I tried there computer system to try to respond it multiple times which is definitely deliberately completely useless and the person who they put me in touch with offered me a £5 gift voucher instead of my £35 they owe me. I asked them to delete my account and delete my email address from there database. That was weeks ago and they're still harassing me now.
To make matters worse I'm disabled and the money they stole from me was for food and bills.

Oh and there's no email address or telephone number for them. There is for there parent company who I sent an email to and they just ignored me.

Placed an order 18th January. No updates whatsoever. Unable to contact as phone numbers don't connect, emails bounce back as unmonitored etc etc etc. Order say fulfilled recently!! I plastic shaker cup that according to the shipping label weighs 5.1kgs. No delivery note. So a plastic shaker valued £2 cost me upwards of £33... Disgusted and disgruntled...Charge back being instigated asap.

same as previous reviews, they are rubbish now. used to be good, probably just getting rid of stock now. only half of my order arrived, week later than it should. no way to contact them. avoid !!!!

I've purchased lots of products from BW, they used to be a great company but recently they have been taking money and not fulfilling orders. The orders are arriving days late and sometimes items are missing from orders or orders aren't arriving at all.
They can't be contacted on live chat, email or telephone and lots of customers are complaining on their Facebook page etc. that they are not answering queries about missing orders etc. and asking for refunds
They may have stopped trading but still advertising online etc. I would avoid them at all cost now

Order delivered with item missing. E-mail, phone number and live chat doesn't work so you've no way of reporting an issue. Have used for years with no problems. But looking at the rest of the reviews there are clearly some issues going on at the moment. Avoid

Avoid like the plague. This company took payment and delivered the wrong goods and already opened. They don't respond to chat, they have no contact number and don't reply to emails. I received whey protein not sealed, already opened and the wrong flavour. Returned the product with attached order shipping details and all contact details requested they send me the correct product or refund me. This was in November and not for the lack of trying I have received no response. So avoid at all costs to stop wasting your money.

Was waiting for my orders for more then 2 weeks, was happy when my partner told me that you orders are arrived, but then it was the surprise, 14 items missed.
Trying to contact them, Live chat never work, phone always engaged, no responds to many emails, it’s a complete mess
The problem that I’ve used them many time before, they were correct, what happened now, I have no idea

I used this company several years ago when their customer service was brilliant.

I placed an order this week for protein powder. Its still not been sent out.

I have tried since 8.00 am today to get in touch with this company for an update on my order. Its now 14.13 pm and I am so stressed out because I have still not spoken with anyone from BBW.

It would be easier arranging an audience with the Pope than being able to talk with anyone from this company. Their Customer Service is absolutely atrocious and non-existent.

Have a look at their business "Principles" section on their website; its a complete joke - who on earth put that together?

No one answers the phone; its constantly engaged.

No one answers the "live chat"; I've been left hanging on all day as "we are connecting you to one of our advisers" - they don't state though, which year. I am still hanging on waiting to be connected.

I've now emailed their customer services. I'm aged 67 years, I hope they're not too long!!!

Items missing from order. No customer service. No refund, so I'm out of pocket.

Have used them for years and never had this problem before. Certainly wont be using them again!
