After making my rant online I was contacted by KBF enterprises ltd QC department via email, who was interested in finding out the batch code of my product.
And not my refound or replacement!
However after gladly giving the product code over, I then contacted bodybuilding Wearhouse again via the online chat box and was assisted by an service agents who was able to send me a returns link and then by a second polite & helpful agent (Melissa) who was able to send out my refund in form of gift code/card via email & equaling my full cost of product+(p&p). Had to return product with original packaging using the link sent by agent.
I am grateful and have made another order! (Different flavour this time as cookie & cream is not available on the app ATM)
Let's see if this order is delivered appropriately & as described. Fingers crossed!! Wish me luck!

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Tub arrived smashed, with protein powder spilt everywhere. I have tried emailing, twice tried the chat option on the website (clearly not monitored), no response to any of it. Also tried twitter (X) they clearly don't monitor that either. The protein is cheap, but it doesn't dissolve very well and taste is average. Try somewhere, anywhere else.

Ordered 7 days ago with next day delivery. It still has not been sent. This is the second time that this happened. Why are you advertising next day delivery when you don’t even send the product out until I have to complain & send multiple messages via social media etc to get my order?! I will definitely not be bothering with this company in the future

Wood and plastic in my protein shake. Contacted them on facebook and email and they ignored it. If I hadn't blended the shake it could have easily caused an injury and someone could potentially die choking on this amount of material.

I agree with the reviews of others. The customer service is non existent. Other sites of live chats, emails or built in messaging services whereas bodybuilding warehouse has nothing. Just an email where they do not even reply.
I am not a long term gym goer who may have knowledge of the whey protein and which one suitable for vegetarians or for my diet. I have to ask this before buying the whey protein just to be sure however i am still waiting for their response and its been around a week. The offer of one of the things I wanted has gone too now whilst waiting for a reply.

I ordered from them for the first time and I won't order again, I've been waiting for over a week and I don't have any information about my parcel. There are indeed promotions, but we don't know what's going on with the order, I don't even know how to cancel it and ask for a refund because there is no contact with them 😏

Order did not arrive. Even thought I paid the extra insurance for speedy turnaround if not delivered, nothing back from BBW customer services after constant emails. Clearly happy to take the money but bit bother with any customer service at all. Steer clear

Order not delivered after 10 days (turns out they use Evri for delivery). No response to email, poor customer experience and service.
They offer 30% discount for email subscription but only give you 10% once you've registered.
Will not be ordering from them again.
No promised refund
Sent me two out of four products and owed me 11.99. Spent 2 weeks chasing thr apologised and promised a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Two weeks later no refund now ignoring my emails. PayPal dispute had to be opened to get my money back this place was so good once now they can't supply stuff they advising and keep your money
Poor customer service BW don't care once they have your money
When my order of 4 tubs of protein arrived 2 were open in box and contents spilt. Contacted BW sending photos but received no reply. On opening a third tub labelled Chocolate found it to be Vanilla ( I think ) Again contacted BW but again no response. Poor customer service all about the money this company has gone down hill.
