Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Couldn't recommend them more. Very good strength so excellent overall value.

Gone down hill over the years

Highly marked up prices with mediocre discounts trying to entice customers in but don't be fooled, protein pounds bonus also now withdrawn another nail to the coffin.

Overall, very expensive compared to alot of other leading brands of same quality and taste. Customer service leaves alot to be desired too.

They've lost 7 customers this week

I ordered whey protein powder and a shaker from here recently after comparing prices from a few brands - Bodybuilding Warehouse was the cheapest I could find hands down for the protein:serving ratio. Not only were the products competitively priced, but the quality is also great (particularly the protein powder, which tastes really nice) and I even received a free sample with my order.

The standard shipping too was quick (ordered on Saturday morning, received on the Wednesday) and I received regular updates along the way. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable, reliable company for your health and fitness gear!

Absolutely love this brand! I eat protein bars every single day. I tried all flavors, but lemon is my favorite. Hydrating my body is also important for me. Totally recommend to everyone!!!

As for start my order arrived when realized the expiry date is almost here. Im buying bulk so thats an issue. Talked to c.s. and tried to send it back for 2 days but the link they've provided was wrong so after 4 wasted day they got back to me with a new one. Tried and worked! Was waiting for a week when asked where is my new item they have said they need to receive mine b4 they will send it to me... it took over 2 weeks of waiting when they've sent the wrong items back!! And im back at where ive started! Customer service is just giving a sweet talk and NOT solving problems uve paid for and NOT getting your item!!! Absolute rubbish what they r playing here!! And still havent recieved my items what ive purchased on the 10th of Jan! Waiting and waiting!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

I placed a large order and it arrived damaged. The contents of the bags (protein powder) had leaked in the box and even out of the packaging box.

I contacted them that day to explain the situation and included photos as evidence. 4 days later, I received an email response from 'Stephanie' who offered me 30% discount of the items.

I asked for more information on this suggestion and have not received a response. I contacted them repeatedly since, 6 times and have not heard anything from them. It has been almost 3 weeks and no refund, resolution or even contact.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would suggest shopping with a reputable brand instead!

Surprised by some bad reviews, I love the place. Never had a problem in 2 years. Delivery always fast and great prices if you wait for the drops.

Further to my previous review where I said how I'd finished with them a long while back. They still regularly send me texts. No matter how much I reply ''BLOCK''; they continue. BW, do me a favour and go away!

Placed an order for the first time, long delay. Second order came broken and had to be exchanged. 3rd order did not arrive – after emailing a number of times, I was told that the order had to be cancelled because the website “threw up the wrong prices”. No communication beforehand, had I not emailed persistently they would have just ignored it all. They cancelled my order after two weeks and only because I chased it up. No phone number – just an email to write to. Customer services is appalling and the excuses and lack of professionalism is evident from their behaviour.

Do yourselves a favour – don’t be fooled by their low prices – other companies are just as competitive – go elsewhere and experience proper customer services, appropriate emails and regular contact regarding delivery. This is a cowboy company run by illiterate thieves who are quick to take your money, respond when they feel like it and then blame their “website” for issues concerned.

Awful service after a positive 1st experience as a new customer, my second order never arrived, still charged. Webform request filed with no answer, emails sent with no replies. In the time they've took (or Hermes if it's their fault, I wouldn't know because apparently BBW don't like to talk to their customers and keep them updated in orders) I've since ordered from The Protein Works and received my good within 2 days - Take a leaf out if their book maybe BBW.

Excellent service and products. Changed from my recent sellers because of poor customer service. I’m delighted with my products that were delivered today. Finally found a supplier that I’ll use for the foreseeable future. Great product, great prices too!

Used bodybuilding warehouse for quite a few years and never cease to fail to supply high quality supplements and health products ,always good discounts available via newsletter subscription and always fast to deliver , keep it up guys

Great shop good four protein cheap but good quality

I have bought several products from them through several orders and have only had issues with them once product quality is very decent and time to delivery is quite good would definitely recommend them.

So far I’ve ordered from this company around about 20 times in the last couple of years and have never had any problem what so ever.

The products are very high quality and at a reasonable price.

I had a confirmation email with all the details of what I ordered and 2 working days later another email letting me know where my package was and a tracking number for it.

All in all very happy so far!!

I received an order from them last week (Bms noxplode ) and the product was already open and the product leaked everywhere. And I have 2 weeks until the expiry date to finish the product. I have called and they apparently no longer accept phone orders and emailed twice last week and no response. I am not even sure if the product is genuine. And may need to contact trading standards
