I got the fastest help ever received by…

I got the fastest help ever received by any customer service. The locking system on my ordered earring had failed me and I lost the earring less than 24 hours after having it in. Franco from customer service was super quick to help me and send me a new one ☀️ On top of that, the jewellery is gorgeous and the delivery very fast 💨 will definitely be back

Amazing people, genuine customer service

The jewellery is good quality and the customer service is simply wonderful.
I had bad luck of making an order during heavy snows in Europe. Due to the weather the package was super late. So late that I wasn't able to pick up! What is more I needed to return that.
Anyways the shipping company took it back. And again it took ages to come back to bodymod warehouse.
Everything ended up perfect. The return was made. I was super scared that the package will get lost or that I won't be able to make the return due to the time passed. The customer service made sure I was taken care of. Great communication and resolution that was in favour of me.
Def gonna buy again!

Really great customer service

Really great customer service. When the items I ordered did not live up to my expectations the customer service was very helpful in finding a solution. They responded quickly and I’m very happy with the outcome. Thank you. Will order more in the future.

Very quick and helpful response from the support

There was a mistake in one thing in my order and I contacted the support. I was positively surprised with Franco from the support team who gave me a warm and very quick response and just 3 hours later I was notified that the corrected package was sent to me without any additional expenses.

10/10 customer service

Jason and the team really helped me when I ordered the wrong size jewellery, they were responsive and helpful!! I was able to get help on a return and other options. They easily could have ignored me or told me there was nothing that they could do for me, but even after days break in communication they got back to me straight away. Would highly recommend for good quality jewellery and 10/10 customer service!! Thank you very much
