I had made a mistake on the size of the ring for the septum. I sent an email and received an answer from Simon super quickly. He advised that he had sent a note to the warehouse for the order. Very satisfied with the great customer service! It is refreshing! Can’t wait to receive my order !

I ordered 3 earrings but unfortunately I received only 2 which is something normal because mistakes happen. I sent an email and they responded immediately willing to help. Specifically, I communicated with Nadia. She helped me immediately and solved the problem! Also the two items that I received were great and I wear them every day

Was really great customer service. Just a bummer that I have to pay shipping another time cause the shipping company didn't deliver.

The jewelleries are really pretty and qualitative, however, pay attention to the descriptions as some of them are quite small (for myself)!
