I ordered a couple of piercing jewelry pieces since it’s almost time to replace my starter piercings. The prices were great, so I picked up a few different styles to try out.
One of the items I received was unfortunately the wrong one, but their customer support really impressed me — they replied within minutes and resolved the issue quickly and satisfactorily.
Overall, good prices and excellent support. I’ll definitely consider ordering from them again.

There was a problem with my order because I made a mistake in the delivery address. I contacted the costumer service to understand how to proceed and their responses were quick and efficient. Andres has been really patient and nice and offered a great solution so I could get my order as soon as possible. The jewelry looks amazing and exactly how it’s described. Great experience from start to finish. I ordered several pairs of earrings and they were all beautiful, well made, and arrived quickly. I did have a small issue, but customer service responded almost immediately and were incredibly helpful. They really went the extra mile to resolve it and make sure I was happy.
