Perferct customer service

I ordered 3 piercings and unfortunately one of them was wrong, but the customer service was so easy and nice and sent me the correct one again, very accommodating and friendly.

Perfect website for people with piercings

This website has good quality piercings that lasts and are comfortable. If you get the wrong size they will resend the item or send you a coupon in the price the item was. I would recommend shopping here, because the products and service is perfect and ideal for people with piercings.

I will never again buy at Bodymod

I will never again buy at Bodymod. After receiving a piercing I found it did not fit to my expectations. The return approval for the originally sealed piece took very long. After that I had to send it back on my own expenses. Overall a terrible experience! For sure I will not buy here again.

I checked your return and we refunded you in full for what you paid for the item. The 'fee' you are referring to is a discount you received for the item. The item is sold for €51.00. You paid €43.35 due to a discount. We refunded you €43.35.

So, as you see, we did not take any fee. You thought you were getting €51.00 back but you did not pay that for it.

Pls kindly update your review since we refunded you and took the correct action for your return.

Good customer service!!!

The service was great

Very disappointing experience !

Very disappointing experience !

My order was expected on February 25th but never arrived, and tracking stopped updating on February 27th. Although customer support initially replied quickly, I was simply told to wait. I was later informed that the package had been returned to the sender for unspecified reasons (even though my address is correct and works perfectly for all my deliveries).

After weeks of waiting with no clear explanation, I was asked to pay additional fees to have the order re-shipped. When I refused, I was offered a refund minus €10 for a “non-deliverable order,” which was never properly justified.

I never received my order, never got a clear explanation, and was still expected to pay for it.

Overall, a clear lack of accountability and transparency. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Edit: After further exchanges, the situation was eventually resolved and I received a full refund. While I appreciate the final outcome, the overall process and handling of the issue were still very disappointing.

Scammers, broken piercings, unjustified expenses

Multiple piercings have defects or break easily even though they are sold expensively. They find ways to trick their own free shipping system, so that you keep having to add more than the free shipping limit cause you can't benefit from it; eg. you will have to buy maybe 5-10 euros extra at least if there are ongoing "promotions" to get the free shipping, which in my country is a lot. Their support is basically non-existent, there are like a couple of people, some of which never help or guide you or even take into consideration whatever you complain about, no matter the issue. Their "promotions" are also scams, since they are pretty much recurring all year-round. I also left a negative review for a product I bought multiple times and always broke and they refuse to publish it - probably because it would deter people from buying it. Shameful!

LE: Their response through this "manager" just proves what kind of people they are. Totally ignored one of the most important things I mentioned and only replied to what was convenient.
The only person in their support I've ever talked to is some person named Andres who is extremely rude or just doesn't reply to messages at all. They don't have anyone else and they do NOT care about their customers. Their answers just prove that!!

Regarding our support, I disagree. We are not a couple of people, and we always try to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. I'm sorry we didn't achieve that with you on this occasion.
