I reviewed these guys initially because…

I reviewed these guys initially because they sent the wrong size and refused my request to replace the item. Now i sent items for a refund, I sent most of the order back due to terrible quality, and items returned worth GBP 77 THEY REFUNDED ME ONLY GBP59. These guys are complete scammers. I will be posting on other SM too and raising a dispute with my bank. Bohooare crocks

I ordered 6 items,when my package came…

I ordered 6 items,when my package came in I only saw 4 items out of the 6 items i ordered. I reached out to the customer care team and they informed me they will check there cameras during packaging to see if they packed all the items, the team reached out to me and said there staff packed all my items in the bag! Package came in and I can’t find two of my items and they are saying nothing about it! Telling me it was packed so did the items mysteriously disappear! They collect your money and don't even send the product! Ridiculous

Paid 4 next day delivery last Fri 13th…

Paid 4 next day delivery last Fri 13th January and still waiting 4 parcel on the 19th they keep telling me 2 check tracking we evri its coming tomorrow but still waiting 4 the parcel asked 4 refund won't reply 2 that won't order again from them they should be asking evri where my parcel is.what I ordered was 4 q special day so thought would be here 0n the 14th as that what I paid 4 next day delivery they should take responsibility

Useless and patronising customer…

Useless and patronising customer service. My parcel has been lost and they refused to send a replacement. They keep replying like robots to wait that my parcel could still be delivered. Don’t waste your time!

Giving them the opportunity to sort out…

Giving them the opportunity to sort out a complaint regarding Burton transactions and it's like going around in circles yet again. Asked for evidence of the refund and they just ignore it and blame bank.
Numerous responses from them all with a different story, transation failed, computer problem, then one person saying it hasn't been paid correctly, then other saying it has. Sort out your customer service. I will not be ordering from.Burtons or DP again.
Such a waste of my time.

Disappointed in the maternity over bump leggings extremely thin and see thro brought these to see me through the winter months but these definitely won't be doing that. Not worth the money and will being going else were for leggings

Bad quality clothing

I ordered twice from bohoo. I was very disappointed with the quality of the clothing 😕. Firstly I ordered a coat which took days to arrive. It was so ugly that it looked made by newspape. Decided to give a second chance. Ordered a blazer. It was 3 times smaller than my size, however with the correct size tag. It was unfolded as someone already used Nd the material was terrible. Both orders did not look the same as the website. I returned both orders.

Time and time again - misleading advertisement

Second order - item advertised as 100% cotton only has 65% cotton. False advertisement. Seems deliberate as it has happened before. Will have to go and post it back to the false advertising company Bohooman. They don’t care because its my time and petrol I would have to waste to return this item. This was the second instance. So its not a ‘one off’. False advertisement is illegal in the UK.

Company does not Refund when you send items back. AVOID!!!

Well my saga is ongoing with this company. They have still not refunded me the money owing on order BUK100139571. As they now own Burtons this review gets posted here as well!

The Finance Team take forever and a day to respond and it would seem nobody can be bothered to issue my refund!!

This company is getting a lot of complaints about refunds so it questions now does this company have some financial instability?

I have also now raised these issues with BBC Watchdog as the negative press this is getting is now worse and worse. Check the reviews on Burtons which they
17/08/21 - I have today had an email from Jade in customer services to say that my refund can’t be processed even though they instructed me to cancel the claim with PayPal so they could process. PayPal have taken pity and have refunded me themselves and will place a marker against PayPal. I suggest others do the same with PayPal or Credit card company and do NOT cancel the dispute. This company has messed me around a lot and have basically withheld my money which I call fraud or theft, I can’t make my mind up.

Ordered a suit on my cost me just over…

Ordered a suit on my cost me just over £40 howver this was delivered to some else by the courier the picture proves this ...contacted bohoo to sort this out and was told on multiple occasions I would have to contact the police and get a crime reference number before they would do anything... I explained to them that as far as I am concerned there is no crime to report and I simply am not wasting police time to report the fact the courier has made a human error.... still in dispute with bohoo so seems I will just have to contact my card provider and raise a dispute for unreceived goods what a carryon for a 40 order...the principle though is it is their duty to make sure the customer received the goods bought and paid for ... don't use them again....

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars I would!! Ordered something last Saturday on a next day delivery for it not to turn up on Sunday, I then messaged them to be told I needed to wait 72hrs! Advised that’s not next fat delivery and I’d like a refund if the delivery charge but as a ‘premier’ customer that’s not possible as delays are outside of their control 🙄 the courier then confirmed delivery on Wednesday only for then to be told I wasn’t in I was sat in the room facing the front door (the only way in to my property) I then spoke to bohoo again! Told I needed to wait another 24hrs!! The courier has now confirmed the parcel has been lost so again I spoke with bohoo with screenshot of the courier confirming the list parcel to be told I now need to wait till 7th June for them to conduct their own investigation! I used to order 5/6 times a year but never again !!!
